The food was good and fresh well cooked and prepared. The young man at the register was very nice, friendly and helpful. Now the gentleman took my order and made my food was very rude and pushy I wish he had a name tag on he was older with a hair piece on or a not well blended dye job. He gave me the wrong greens and grains but I like the one's I got but it wasn't the one I asked for. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend and return to this Cava

What made the experience even better was the service. Jamie, our server, was amazing. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. Tried to order a $200+ office lunch and the online payment system wouldn't take any card we put in... called the store, girl said she could only give me the website for assistance, all I needed to do was place an order and pay her for it or we would pay when we picked it up... she said they couldn't take direct orders it had to go thru the website or the app and she didn't seem to care that the website wasn't working. So we ordered from Jimmy John's next door...

Best costumer service I’ve received at cava multiple times !!! I’ve been to over restaurants and I don’t receive the same service as this location. Especially damaris she is always making sure that I leave satisfied she’s always been so so nice and with a great attitude :)

My “feel good about what I’m putting in my body” go-to!! The food is prepared FRESH, and it is delicious. You get so many options, ( I’m stuck on my favorite: lamb and falafel over saffron rice with avocado, Kalamata olives and feta…) and the chips!!! OMGEEE!!! Crispy pita- fresh, of course- They never make it home! And I can’t say enough about their servers. Jamie is exceptional! She welcomes you with her smile and gives you generous portions as she prepares your meal in front of you. And just one more thing- okay, two, the place is CLEAN, and the drinks are fresh too!!! The blackberry lavender? Natural sodas? My fav- A cucumber lemonade? ‘Hats off to CAVA , and bibs on! :)
