Good food choices, but the price is a bit much for you get. I was unimpressed that an employer was out in the dining room loudly moving chairs and banging them into tables. There were at least a dozen tables occupied with customers who couldn’t even talk while she moved furniture.

This location has the friendliest of staff and the food is always delicious. If it wasn’t for the parking situation I would eat there everyday! They do a good job keeping tables clean with such a quick turnaround.

Last Saturday, after Christmas shopping, my husband and I were hungry and I love Cave and he had never been before so we decided to go. He dropped me off at the doors and parked the car and I let the employees know it was his first time so we may be slow at ordering. The young guy working that day was quick to provide samples of anything and everything for my husband to try! He was quick and sweet and considerate and earned a new Cava lover! Thanks guys & Merry Christmas!

Order is messed up every time you place a pickup order. Food is great when it’s actually something you want/paid for. It’s like they run out of stuff mid order & leave it out just to get orders out the window.

I’ll start with I love Cava. And I’ve eaten at this location a few times. However on my most recent visit they were out of chicken. My first complaint was a person in front of me ordered 6 different bowls for other people not present. Which held up the line and ultimately used all the chicken. There should be a limit on how many orders 1 person places. By the time I got up to order they were out of chicken. They told me it would be 4 minutes exactly until the chicken was ready. I told them I would wait. They went ahead and made my bowl without a protein and said they’d bring the chicken to me once it was ready. I sat down and waited about 5 mins. Still no chicken. I went ahead and started eating my bowl. I was there for over 40 minutes and eventually finished my bowl and left. They never had chicken. They were out of chicken during lunch time for over 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

First time having Cava was last night, and had an amazing experience. Not only did the workers help recommend items, they also let me sample different items. Hands down an amazing bowl. Would recommend the steak harissa and lemonade. Didn’t get the other guys name, but him and Tyler were incredible workers, they need a raise! I will be back soon!!
