I have gone to Cheers several times and have only had wonderful experiences. However, tonight when I ordered take out from them while coming back from a hike, I was less than pleased. I ordered two old fashioned cheese burgers. One was supposed to be cooked medium with American cheese and bacon and the other was supposed to be medium well done with habanero jack cheese. I was sent a confirmation text that my order has been received and when it was ready, I would get a text.Twenty minutes after my supposed pick up time, I still had no text. I went to the restaurant and told them that I had a mobile order that I was supposed to pick up at 6:10 but I hadn't received a text that my food was ready. I was asked if the order was placed with mojo (which I'm assuming is the service that processes the mobile orders when you order via the website) and I confirmed that it was. I was then told that sometimes they forget about the orders and I was taken back to the bar to check on my food.After receiving my order and getting home, I found that not only was one of the burgers undercooked to order, but that the cheese was put on the wrong burgers and one of them didn't have the bacon that was on the ticket (which does cost extra for obvious reasons). I love going to Cheers for the food and the environment, but I've learned my lesson when it comes to their take out services. It quite simply falls below the bar.

We hosted a brunch in the downstairs space and it was absolutely perfect! Making the arrangements ahead of time was seamless and the event was extremely well-executed by the chef and servers. We are still receiving positive comments about the delicious food. A+

My partner and I dined in tonight and he ordered a Kobe hamburger steak. They served it to him completely raw. It had to be sent back twice before it was brought out in an edible state. They told us they would remove it from the bill, but they did not.

We had Squash as an appetizer. We had 6 of us celebrating College Graduation so we had a couple of people that got salads which were large. A couple of burgers and I had the Kobe burger which was very good!
