I wish the updated drive thru made it a quicker process :( I feel like I sit in the line for even longer now which stinks :// HOWEVER, everyone is always super kind! I’m still gonna eat here!
Seems recently the quality of the chicken patties has gone down they are tough and very chewy at times. Also no matter how well they do they get a poor rating because they have done so little to reduce the negative impact their business has on the city. The company could buy another one close and they would both still be packed. Also, on the non customer side their deliveries are always prepared quickly and it's smooth.... In the afternoon and at night but the earlier you are in there the worse it is. Morning shifts frequently looks lost and moves at half the speed of other team members. Ok rant over food for thought!!
