Worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. It took twelve minutes to get my food. The manager that finally brought my food was in a foul mood. Later when I took my food out of the bad, I discovered they didn't give us any straws or even a receipt. Not sure I will ever go back to a Chick-fil-A. I am writing this post to try to help them better their service. Who ever changed the design really messed up can’t even get to the mobile line. The food is good but the wait time is horrible now

NOT great! The service at this location is subpar, especially if you are using the Mobile drive thru lane. Many times, I have used the Mobile drive thru lane and noticed while I wait for my order, 5+ vehicles from the regular drive thru lane get their food first. Everytime, I make a small single person order and I have to wait an extremely long time. This last time, my fries were undercooked AND super salty. Just terrible all around! The employees aren’t very efficient. They always have a big group working, but they are very slow and it seems like only a couple people are actually doing anything.

I deliver for both door dash and Uber eats, every time I go to this restaurant on N. College in Fayetteville, they have about 10 employees in the building yet only 2 or 3 of them are actually working the others just stand around talking to each other or they play on their phones or they are goofing off with each other. I stood out in the cold which isn't easy for an old man. I was there for at least 30 minutes waiting because they said they were working on it. But instead they never started the order because they were too busy doing other stuff.... like goofing off and standing around talking. And then wanted to get an attitude with me like it's my fault that they don't know how to do their jobs. If I knew how I'd report the entire place to the corporate office.

My wife who works as a nurse in Fayetteville Arkansas came to the CHICK FIL A on COLLEGE AVENUE and she was confused on WHERE to pick it up..when she finally found where to pick her orders up she said they were extremely professional and polite and assured her it was ok…she just loved her experience with them…they should be commended…..

“This location is drive-thru and mobile order pick-up only, but don’t let that deter you—the service is impressively efficient, even when the line appears long. Everything moves smoothly, and the staff keeps things running quickly. The spicy chicken option is hands-down the best, as it’s packed with the most flavor. Pair it with their creamy mac and cheese and waffle fries. The sweet tea is always good.
