I was very confused by the worker taking my order. I ordered two meals and had to ask for drinks. Then, after removing my hash browns from the order for some reason, I had to explain again that I wanted the meals. I finally communicated that I wanted biscuits with drinks and with hash browns (aka a meal), we got the wrong biscuits. I ordered chicken and got sausage. Almost $10 each for a meal. It would have been better to order in the app and pick it up.

Chickfila is amazing no doubt their service is super quick and accurate.
This location was on Joyce Blvd in Fayetteville, AR. The food was excellent. The service by the employees was great! The manager was a jerk and treated me like I was unintelligent. I asked one simple question that needed a yes or no and he answered, with a raised voice, three times saying the same thing using different words. I'm sure he feels more important now.Dietary restrictions: We are able to have salt free fries and spice/seasoning free chicken. All sandwiches are made to order. We have slight lactose issues but are able to eat potato salad and mac n' cheese.Parking: Located in a strip mall with other restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Same as other placesWheelchair accessibility: Two disabled parking spots
Tried to eat here was told the lobby is closed right now no signs up door was open so I asked well what time to you open all he said was quite a while wth does that mean is that 2? 3? Just expected more than what I received for sure!
Went to get lunch and the lady came out to say they were remodeling and won't be open until January. They should have had a big sign out saying Closed Due to Remodeling. We were not the only people who came and didn't know.

Hopefully this location will have dine in as options with the new remodeling. I don't like having my car in long drive up lines to get carry out as this waste gas for my car.I really like Chick-fil-A food, but every since the company has gone to extremely long lines to only get food, I hardly have gone to your business to buy food. I like leaving my fast food at the restaurant, so I don't take litter home. And fast food & drink containers are being more left on the streets, parks, and trails creating more litter. I am a litter volunteer for the city of Fayetteville AR, and I see first hand how fast food containers are being thrown out by non caring people that are to lazy to throw litter away properly. Always on point, this Chick-fil-A offers great food, friendly service and clean, comfortable dining areas. The man who took our order made a personal connection with every customer he spoke with. Our son was wearing a Venom hoodie and the gentleman praised his good taste. Needless to say, our son instantly loved him lol. The food was delicious, hot and served quickly. We choose to dine outside which was clean and very inviting. The overall experience was definitely A+. We stop every time we are in the area ?
