I took my family, who traveled a long way, to Chicken and Heads in Fayetteville, expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, the wings were absurdly small—definitely not what the hype suggests. Service was also hit-or-miss. One waitress was kind and helpful, while the other was rude, making faces and responding with unnecessary attitude.
When we politely asked about limes, she dismissively said they weren’t pre-cut and made it clear she wouldn’t cut them. Later, when we asked for extra lemon pepper sauce, she cut us off mid-sentence, yelling, “We don’t have limes!”—even though that wasn’t what we asked. She then coldly informed us that sauce costs extra and must be picked up at the front before leaving.
If a place claims to have the “best wings,” they should make sure they aren’t serving Polly Pocket-sized portions. And if customer service is a priority, they need to reassess their staff because some clearly don’t belong in the industry. In this economy, spending money on a hyped-up spot only to be let down on every level is beyond frustrating. Save your money, gas, and patience—this place isn’t worth it.

Food is great, and the wings and fries were delicious! The prices are a bit high, for a couple we walked out paying $50 before tip. Service was ok, they are very friendly but we didn’t have anyone check on us until we were getting up to leave.

Recently found out that the plant based wings are not vegan. This is confusing because like others had mentioned they have a best vegan restaurant plaque in the restaurant. The first time we came and sat in a couple years ago we were told the wings were vegan if you didn’t add any sauce, but evidently this is not the case as it contains dairy and eggs. Misleading and upsetting to someone whose partner practices a vegan diet. Overall the food that we did had before our knowledge that it wasn’t vegan did taste good, and is a good alternative for a vegetarian/pescatarian. Just upset with the circumstances and misleading info!

This place was incredible. It’s fast casual with excellent wings. There is a separate fryer for the wings so they are gluten free and not contaminated by breaded things. I met there with a book club and despite it being fast casual the waitresses made sure our drinks were full.

Gotta get the honey mustard wings trust me I don't like honey mustard but whatever they've done to theirs it's amazing it's a family owned and ran business ooo ya the flat fries are killer too my wife loves the catfish will definitely be back

The only reason giving 4 stars on service is due to no online/phone ahead ordering available. Amazing wings and sauces. Friendly staff. Online or phone to-go orders are a must for busy families.
I’m not sure where to start with this place. The customer service is exceptional. I’ve been here twice and the wings are the best I’ve had in Arkansas! And their catfish is also top-notch and better than almost all places I’ve tried. Most recently I tried the sweet potato fries and they were great. I highly recommend you try this place! Wish I found it sooner.
