Chicot Hibachi Express - Fayetteville

I'm not sure if this restaurant was purchased or placed under new management, but either way--something changed. As an avid eater here I got my normal *monster roll* it was HALF the size as it usually is. For the price I was appalled because it's never been that tiny. We also ordered a steak+chicken hibachi--only received steak--didn't realize it til we got it home to eat it... called up there and was told I could come and pick up a side of "free chicken."
LOL. Its literally fraud from what it was the last time I ate there back in August.

Oh plus their "atmosphere" is bare and ALWAYS empty. I know this place gets it orders from door dash and pick up only because they refuse to spend any dollars to make the atmosphere even decent. Last time we went they didn't have a working fountain machin, either.

All of our order was delicious. The chicken, tempura shrimp, razorback roll yum sauce, eggrolls. So so good will diffinetly order again.

This place has the best food but they need to pay more attention to delivery orders. This is the second time part of order was missing. We did get reimbursed for the items but it's frustrating that we didn't get 1 person's meal

I ordered through doordash around 9:30pm before the cut off and I’ve never gotten hibachi from a place other than shogun, this place was better and so good. I get my steak well done and i know that’s hard to do without charring it and it had so much flavor and the crab ragoons were perfect. My food was hot and the door dash driver even said the employees were sweet to her.

Such a cute place! The prices are super reasonable. The owners are very nice and the service is prompt. They cooked my steak perfectly medium rare and there was more than enough for leftovers the next day!

Server locked her fingers when giving me my food and left a sauce mark on my plate with same hand. Then she opened the lid talked directly over my food and asked if it looked good. I don’t think She knew any better but I’ll leave my experience here anyway.

I frequent hibachi restaurants so I was nervous about a hibachi express not being as good. Way wrong. This food is way more flavorful than a normal experience. My noodles have a thick delicious brown coating on them and the fried rice is the bomb. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

It’s a cute dinner style. Not crowded. I had edamane and a steamed dumpling ( I shouldn’t cause gluten). A ginger sauce comes with that.
I don’t think I’ll get it again. I’ll try something different.
My relative had fried Suishi and veggie hibachi. They said they’ll try something different next time too.

Food is a touch sweet. It’s like Asian street vendor food. So if that’s what you’re looking for this has that flavor.

We will be back trying new things until we find our favorite thing there.

The chicken i got was spoiled/undercooked. It got food poisoning as well as throwing up in the bathroom 20 minutes after eating it.

Hours say they are open till 10PM...Went in at 9:15 just to be told they at “closing early” that day.. 9/5/23...second time this happened to me there... think about your customers, think about your business......
