Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Disgusting. Bathrooms were also dirty with no paper towels
It seems like every time I come to Chipotle the burrito gets smaller and smaller.
I used to have enough for two meals.
I don't get the rice and the employee should be trained if the person doesn't want rice to give them double beans.
I also don't eat lettuce.
There seems to be no quality control on how much the person puts on the burrito.
It just depends on how much the person grabs with their gloved hand.
Maybe there should be a certain amount of scoops of each...read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a variety of experiences for its customers. The food is generally well-received, with reviews noting that the dishes they ordered tasted good. However, the restaurant often struggles with keeping up with demand, as it is frequently out of various menu items, especially during busy hours. The service can be inconsistent; some customers find the staff friendly and helpful, while others experience slow responses or indifference to requests. The restaurant's popularity results in a busy and small parking lot, which can be an inconvenience. Recently, there have been issues with sauces being mixed up, but staff like Alex have handled such situations professionally, providing great customer service. The restaurant can be somewhat messy at times, with trash left behind and tables needing cleaning. Vegetarian options are available, including sofritas (spiced tofu) and extra beans, but meat items like steak, chicken, and pork are cooked on the same grill, which may pose a risk of cross-contamination. Parking is limited and shared with other businesses in a tight shopping center. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering high chairs and a selection of kid-friendly options, although it does not serve favorites like macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, hamburgers, or chicken nuggets.
