Unfortunately echo a lot of the sentiments here. This is the third time I've gone here and my second poor expeience...

They were not even busy when I got there and there was trash overflowing at the container by the door, there were no napkins, and the silverware and lids were everywhere.

Also, my food portions were terrible and inaccurate. My bowl was half full and a majority of sour cream (which I ordered ligth of). It was sloppy and soggy and cold.

The food wasn’t bad, but the eating area is ALWAYS a mess every time I go in there and the trash cans are always overflowing. They are always busy, I get it… but plan for that and have a worker responsible for taking out the trash and cleaning tables. It’s frustrating to have to clean a table and Bench with napkins and water. I swear I’ve had to do this the last five times in a row in 2024 and January 25. Makes me not want to go there any more. Cava next to it is always clean and just as busy.

I went here on a lovely Sunday to be very disappointed. When I tell you they were out of everything I mean actually everything. You name it they didn’t have it. Forks. No. Chicken. No. Rice. No. Tortillas at a burrito shop surely they should have extra. No. They were out. Protein. Forget it. So my friend ordered ahead. Scam. Extra for guac. Too bad we don’t have it and you can call our help line for help. The lady working proceeded to say “sweetie I’m about to lose it it’s not my fault” thanks. For nothing.

Placed an online order at Chipotle in Fayetteville, expecting a quick and easy pickup. Showed up to find out they were out of almost everything—no rice, no beans, no tortillas, no meat options I actually wanted. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, no apology, no effort to make it right, just a shrug and “we’re out.” If you’re going to take online orders, maybe have the food you’re selling?

This location is a joke. If they can’t keep food stocked or at least offer decent service, they might as well shut the doors. Absolutely terrible experience.

First, they were out of everything. If all you have is chicken and rice, just close. Second that store was disgusting. Food scattered everywhere. Lastly the chicken was all gristle and tasted gross. I love Chipotle, but idk what the hell happened here.

The guy mixed up the sauces. We were give hot instead of mild. My husband told them. Alex ( who did not make the mistake) remade them for us. He was very professional and had great customer service. We will be back! Thanks again Alex!

This location is absolutely terrible, having been to multiple chipotle locations across the country I can confidently say I’ve never had such negative repeat experiences at any location. You would think that this location being in a college town, would know when their peaks hours are. Regardless of time or customer traffic this location lacks in service, food quality, and customer service. Their manager is rude and prioritizes their online orders over any in person customer. They consistently lack in chips, rice, and meat. Do not expect to come to this location anytime after 6:00 PM and wait less then 20 minutes in line. This place needs to reconsider their practices if they want to maximize their profits because currently it does not seem like they are concerned.

I felt like this was a joke. Please look at the picture.
Honestly the stingiest location in NWA. Either go to CAVA next door drive out to another location, you will get your moneys worth. Prices do not match up to what these employees provide. Been here twice, night and day. Wont go here again… i wish i could get my credit back because I mainly got lettuce and guac on my burrito. Hardly any meat or rice.. I was told that they always run out of supply, and I believe it. If thats the case.. why is this location still open?

I recently ordered a burrito through the Chipotle app for in-store pickup and was extremely disappointed with the portion size. The burrito I received was significantly smaller than usual, almost resembling leftovers rather than a full meal. Considering the price I paid, I expected a more substantial and balanced burrito, not one that was mostly filled with beans and rice. This experience was quite frustrating and doesn't reflect the quality I usually associate with Chipotle.

Everytime Iv been to this location it’s been a bad experience. They’ve been out of chips for months so when my boyfriend came home to show me the “large” he spent money on, I was baffled. Downsized is an understatement.
They close the lobby two hours before close…ridiculous.
The workers do not speak up and always have AirPods in.

We ordered two burritos which we couldn’t get because the employees were too lazy to check or prepare more tortillas.. again two hours before close, plenty of time left.
Also out of black beans and out of white rice. Why isn’t it being prepared? This happens everytime. Not to mention so light on the bowls, put more in if we’re having to pay full price.

I understand you’re at work, tired, want to go home, but so does everyone else. Find workers who are actually willing to do their job.

Moral of the story, this location sucks, go to the location on Dickson.

Always out of something. Literally had no black beans and only meat available was chicken and it's 6pm. What a joke. Not to mention when get a bag of chips and salsa you get maybe 10 chips in the big bag.
