There was an employee that had attitude and did not have good service!

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese in a while, not since they had animatronics. Now Im a Grandpa and took my 2 year old for her Birthday. We did not do the Birthday Party Package as we didnt have enough to attend. It was very expensive. You cant just pay per play its in playtime minutes. 30 minutes is $18 of game time. If you have a young kid who is interested in everything going on around instead of the games its not worth your money. She loved the trampoline but happened to be wearing sandals with no socks and they require socks to jump. If you buy socks from them its $10. All in all I just didnt feel the fun in the room like you did before they revamped into a digital ticket arcade.

Many of the games are not working half the time, I was having a lot of problems with the fact the people who check you in and out didn't want to do there job, this security is why we chose to go to CEC, NOW... the female manager has cracked down on it and they are more attentive to the safety of the location.

We booked our sons 5th Birthday at Chuck E. Cheese in Fayetteville and were blown away with our experience! Our Party Hostess, and establishment Manager, Lexi was so courteous and lively! She handled our group of 12 children with ease and grace, swooping in and around to take care of all our needs, along with frequent check-ins and updates to help us manage time. We booked at the base package rate and were able to add on additional play passes, food and drinks with no issue. Our son had an absolute blast dancing with Chuck E. himself and using his super cool birthday wristlet to play all the games his heart desired. He made out with over 8,000 tickets and got several extra presents from the ticket redemption counter before the evening ended. HUGE Thank You to Lexi for helping us make our sons birthday the best one yet!

Our kids love it but I wish they would be more attentive to gaming maintenance. Several machines malfunction which is why we may cancel our membership.

Go everyday and it's pretty fun and the staff is amazing 💯 10/10 kim is the best and very helpful with everything, if you have any issues definitely go to her!!

It was all good, up until the end, where one of the workers decided to yell at my younger siblings to get off of the bounce house, and decided to touch them to get them off, when they were not doing anything wrong, they were doing everything that they were supposed to do.

This was a great experience with our granddaughter. There was plenty for her to do at 4, and we had fun as well. It wasn't very crowded and the pizza was very good. It is loud but that is to be expected. Bring lots of energy.

Place was clean but half the games didn’t work. Also most of the staff were not much help on anything. We did not eat there so can’t rate the food.
