Apparently at one time management did care as I noticed a review of a clean facility. This is my 4th visit it’s nasty, good helpful staff but again I don’t blame the workers it’s a management problem. The floors have not been mopped, the glass has not been cleaned and this is just the lobby. The restroom was better that’s a job Johnny but otherwise not even close to a clean. This place good be so much better.

I am only giving two stars because of cleanliness. The ice cream is good but this is the 4 time I have been here and the floors, walls, and handles are very dirty. The staff is friendly but they seriously need to hire cleaners or new manager! This is only for the Fayetteville location the other locations I have been to are all clean.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had!

Very disappointing cake experience, even more disappointing customer service! I ordered a small rectangle cake (serves up to 25) and got a small round cake (serves up to 8), my husband picked it up and he told them that wasn't what I ordered, they did not care & said that's what we have, he told them that I would be calling them. When he called me and told me, I thought he meant they gave us the big round and I wasn't going to argue over that because it serves up to 14 & I had 12 coming, but when he got home with the little cake, I was upset & called, the girl that answered said oh yeah we were expecting your call & giggled, she did not care at all about the mix up & just said a new employee took the order and offered no solutions or even cared about it nor cared that the tiny cake would not be enough for our party. I sent an email to Corporate about it, Michael that has the franchise in Fayetteville reached out to me on 7/22/25, he seemed to care, told me it would be refunded and would send us coupons and would talk to his employees. I messaged him 7/31 and told him that the purchase had not been refunded yet, they were on vacation & said he would look into when they got back. He messaged me on 8/5 and said that he confirmed the charge was voided and as such would have never been charged and if I felt like it was processed, could I send him a screenshot of where it came out and last 4 digits of card used, I sent this to him within minutes of his message showing proof, he did not respond back. I messaged him again on 8/12 following up with no reponse back. To date (8/24), I have still not recieved a refund (and never got coupons but didn't really care about that). I waited to do this review because I thought they were going to do the right thing, but I guess not. We used to go there often for ice cream, this was the first time we had gotten one of their cakes, it wasn't that great FYI, but we will never go back there for anything.

I absolutely love cold stone. However, today's experience was enough for me to consider not going again. An employee kept whipping his nose with his hands and then touching the utensils to make ice cream without washing his hands. Most disgusting thing. Granted, I have no idea what they do when we aren't looking. But to do it and keep touching/sharing utensils they were all using to make ice cream is nasty.

Jackson & Cynthia were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Their work ethic was top tier and work fast despite being swamped. 10/10 experience, I will definitely come back due to their service. Love it here!!!

Tasty!

Horrible service offered by a Voluptuous red-haired girl working at the counter. She never greeted at entrance, and when asked for hot chocolate fudge, she gave me an attitude. You can notice in her face she does not love her job. She has zero sense of hospitality or what customer service is about.

The service is always great! Lawson was the guy who take care of me on my last visit and I didn’t realize I had two different sizes for my ice cream but wanted them both the largest one. He quickly offered to add more and take care of the mishap! And with a smile the whole time. That is grade A customer service right there!

Why lie saying your a/c is down. Just be honest and be like am lazy am about to close is almost 10pm don’t come in.
