Great place to get your nosh on! We have tried a wide variety of the quesadillas Plomo offers and haven’t had a bad one yet. The staff at the Fayetteville Arkansas location are kind, upbeat, and considerate. I am torn about the location. I love the convenience of where they are located to our home, but I struggle with it being next to a liquor store and so close to the interstate. They tend to have vagrants panhandling in the parking lot and at the intersection close by. I worry for the safety of the staff and my wife at night if she stops in alone.Everything else is amazing, and I highly recommend you try the Churros!

We ordered online for pickup, I substituted regular cheese for vegan cheese and the person who put our order together made sure to write a note on my to-go box letting me know the chipotle sauce wasn’t dairy free. I very much appreciate the thoughtfulness since I’m breastfeeding and me eating dairy causes issues for my baby. Our food was absolutely delicious, everything was packaged correctly, and we were able to pick up our food quickly. Thank you!!!

If you have an online ordering system, you should make sure it’s working effectively. I ordered my food with an order pick up time of 12:30. I arrived at 12:37 and waited another 13 minutes for my food. The point of online ordering is for convenience. The order should’ve been ready when I got there, but they waited until I got there to make it. The printer isn’t working is not a good excuse. Get it together people.We had a similar but worse experience last time. We ordered online. I have to eat gluten free. They didn’t even make the order because they were out of Gf tortillas. Instead of calling to let us know, they waited until we got there and asked if I wanted a bowl. I said fine. They didn’t have lids for their drinks. Their ice machine wasn’t working. We waited another 20 minutes. Again, we ordered online for convenience so we could get our kids home for nap. Instead we had to wait another 20 minutes. We got our food. I looked at the bowl…it has no cheese and had only a spoonful of refried beans. I gave up. I went home, pulled out the chicken and beans and made my own quesadilla at home. This location needs to get it together. I’ve never had issues with the Dickson Street location. After this, I think I’m done with the MLK location. The service is atrocious.
Food is great when I can actually get some. They constantly advertise and promote their gluten free food, but every other time I go they’re out of gluten free tortillas for DAYS. Idk if the manager just doesn’t order them in a timely manner, if they don’t track inventory well enough, or what.

Big quesadilla. Plenty to save for later and the street corn was really good. The steak was also good in the quesadilla, no funny bits.Edit: service dropped a star because upon second visit, ordered a steak quesadilla and it came with no meat!
