I ordered a thin crust with sausage, onions, and mushrooms, and it was excellent. I timed the order from submitting it online to the time it was delivered, and it was even faster than what they advertised. It was hot and fresh. Great transaction!

I’m not sure what’s happened with this location because they have been consistently excellent for the past couple of years. However, the last two times we have ordered there have been massive errors and little care from the restaurant to fix the problem.

First time they did not give me the premium pizza I ordered and instead gave me a cheese pizza. I called, asked to be refunded the difference since I live too far to bother coming all the way back at dinner time. I was told I’d get a gift certificate but it was never mailed.

Tonight we ordered two Philly Cheesesteak pizzas along with a pan pepperoni for our kids. The Philly was completely wrong, like whoever made the pizza had never seen the recipe! They put tomato sauce and all the toppings except the beef were missing. Frankly disgusting tasting and a waste of money. Calling doesn’t seem to fix anything so maybe a public review will get the franchise owner’s attention ??‍♂️

Without a doubt, this for me is one of the most special places to go to eat a delicious, cheap pizza in comfort.

The pizza is alright, if expensive, but all too often is a stray topping found somewhere on it. We have a picky eater who retches and spits out any ham or bacon she tastes, and this happens at least once, sometimes twice, for each pizza. We were given a free pizza coupon for raising a complaint, but it was never received in the mail.

Dietary restrictions: Special requests are hardly respected here; despite repeated attempts order a pizza specifically without ham or bacon, pizza arrives with a piece of either somewhere on it.

Ordered three large pizzas and was charged $65, after paying a notice the single topping pizza is only $11. The manager said that was a coupon and he’s not allowed to tell the customer that they have a better price available and would not refund the difference. So beware, make sure you know the pricing or they will charge you the highest possible price. Just go to Tim’s Pizza on Mission, much better pizza, and basically the same price.
