Their food made me sick

I can through around 12pm in the drive through there was no line when I got there but there was when I left.
When I got to the window when the window opened a smell of marijuana came out. I also didn't get any change back $.10 and I asked for no ice.

There was nothing wrong with the food other than the ice in the drink.

Manager there had top notch charisma. Food is always good

We were in town for graduation and decided we had to have a blizzard. It did not disappoint and the girls were super fun turning it over for a video. Thank you.

The manager is beautiful and sweet and her co workers are friendly and efficient. I love this Dairy Queen!

Sauce stingy! Awful customer service
I told the cashier I didn't need sauce with my tender meal. Then when I got it I decided it would be better with ranch. I asked the cashier if I could have a ranch, and she went to get it for me. Then she told me she would have to charge be .40 for it. Even though the meal would have come with one, since she rang it up originally as no sauce, she couldn't just give me one.

Quick and friendly service.

However, their drink machine and ice maker desperately need to be cleaned properly. You can see mold all on the ice maker externally so I can only imagine how bad it is in the harder to clean and see spots.

I don't eat fast food normally but it hit the spot.

I tried to order several times but the Manager turns everything off early and then won't come to the window losing sales. Wonder if the owner knows she would not be happy

Come on people! Why is everyone rating this place so badly?! It's fantastic! I've never been to a DQ, but I will be going back! It was delicious! The Reeses Pieces Cookie Dough Blizard was amazing!

The slowest service in Northwest Arkansas by far. It's never that busy but they treat you like they are the busiest place in town and there is always something missing from the order.

The cashier was super friendly and not to mention the food was delicious! I have no idea why this place only has 3.6 stars. The bathrooms and tables (and literally everything else) was clean and spotless! 10/10 recommend!

Very nice place to eat. Service was AMAZING. Food arrived to our table in about 5 minutes or less. Also not to mention how amazing and friendly our cashier was. He took our orders, and was very nice about it, and when one of us changed it a bit, he had no problem with quickly changing it with that wonderful smile still planted on his face. The food was delicious and also not to mention how absurdly clean both the tables and the bathrooms were. Loved the experience and the atmosphere, would definitely recommend!
