My drink not only tastes bad, it’s a different bad every time and I get the same thing. The staff has an attitude when I come in too. I don’t know what it is about Dunkin coffee, it just tastes bland and like someone stuck their finger in it to stir. I don’t know how many more chances I can give this place. Maybe if they had a completely new staff that could actually make the drinks and charge me correctly. Because that’s the other thing!!! It’s a different price every time!!! FOR THE SAME THING!!!! I don’t think I can do it, actually.

Employees are nice, coffee is good... They have to correct the hours though, I always try to hit them on the way home from work and they're closed by 6, not 8

Manager was slammed with people coming in back to back this morning. She was so kind and efficient. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication to her job. :)

Never opens it 6am... I have been here 3 times in the last month all after 7am and it isn't open. Anyone that knows dunkin knows when it's time to make the donuts. If you cant open a DONUT shop before 730am... don't have one. A 3rd wasted trip... looks like I'll go to Shipleys, they open early.

I was hanging around The Fayetteville area. It says that they close at eight. So we headed up to that Walmart. We told my sisters friend to get off the car and check. He goes up to a young Hispanic girl. He asked her in Spanish. Are you guys Open? He doesn’t speak English well, and she rudely says what, so he had to say it in English and then she said they’re not open not, but I don’t understand why it says they close at eight. Do better Dunkin. I wasn’t sure if it was a Dunkin worker or a Walmart one.

The issue with a lot of these places is the mngmt. They are often middle aged women with no higher education than high school, no training to be mngmt and little to no ppl skills. They get a little authority and treat customers and employees terrible. This store mngr at this location in particular, is a nightmare to work for. She yells at employees. She takes pictures of employees and customers without their permission for the expressed and soul reason to degrade them and make fun of them. She refuses to give requested time off, even when requested months in advance and several times. She does not help any employees when they need it and tries to take employee tips. They need to bring in the Union to stop these kind of mngrs. Plus the shots in the lattes always taste burnt and the donuts are stale.

Nice, new Dunkin inside of Walmart on MLK. It is an express location, so they only have drinks and donuts. I go here often for iced coffee, which is good and fast. The donuts are good but they sell out of a lot of popular ones earlier in the day. Donuts are also around 1.50 each, which I think is pricey. They do not accept Dunkin rewards since they are run by Walmart, so that's a bummer. There are always a lot of employees, and for the most part it is quick. Small seating area and retail section but mostly for to go. Hope they add the hot food soon like the other Dunkin Express locations.
