They have a mouse problem and a management (GM) problem, but otherwise the food and other employees are wonderful. It’s just not very clean and their food safety is questionable.

Went through the drive through and was specifically ordering 3 bagels with a tub of cream cheese on the side. The worker then said back to me “3 bagels with cream cheese” and I again, respecified that I wanted a tub of cream cheese on the side. She then says “okay 3 bagels and cream cheese on the side”. I get home and have 3 individual tablespoons of cream cheese in plastic ranch containers, hardly enough cream cheese for one bagel. I just wanted the tub.

Ive ordered off the app before and noticed theres not an option for no meat on the sandwich I wanted, so I called the location and told them I didn’t want the meat and what my order was. They said it back to me and I thought things were good till I got home and immediately realized it had meat 💔 I still love Einsteins I just dont like meat and usually I’ll take it off but I hate to waste it!!

I was surprised by the lengthy drive through wait time. Took 7-10 minutes per customer to make the food. Definitely not a quick lunch stop in comparison to other surrounding fast food chains. Requesting a tip at a drive through is also odd to me.

I love going here but this is the second time they didn’t have the bagel they use with farmhouse ! Very disappointing!

I always love coming here! The Asiago bagel 🥯 is incredible with basically any toppings you choose. It's not just for breakfast either, they are great for any time of day. The service is quick and friendly. You can dine in or go through the drive-through. They also have smoothies 😋 and coffee ☕️ which are perfect drink pairs.

Up until this week Einsteins has always been my favorite spot for the mornings. Me and my friend Rob come to this location religiously even when the construction made it take us an hour to get there. Always great service and great speed and efficiency. My friend Rob even has a very cool relationship with a guy named Drake I think that's works there. I've always had a great experience until this week. I've gotten a bagel everyday this week and they have been burned badly and tastes horrible. Today was probably my last straw my friend Rob will definitely keep going there but I think I'm off of Einsteins forever. I'm very disappointed and offended that this has kept happening every day this week. Even when it wasn't busy I still got a very bad bagel. Even after Monday morning when I told the people it was burned I didn't want them to make another one because there were a lot of people behind me. I did expect them to not burn them again I understand it's a company and things have to be fast sometimes but man I'm spending anywhere from 12- 24 dollars Everytime sometimes two and three times a day. I want to be able to at least eat what I'm spending my money on. I also have pics. Not saying its a bad place to eat I'm saying the opposite it's a great place great staff and the bagels are great when they aren't burned so badly they change the color of everything on your bagel

Turns out the owner/ manger knew my husband 😊. Small world. Got bacon cheese sandwich, turkey breakfast sandwich with 2 coffees ☕ and mocha latte. All delicious. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere.

Mediocre at best. Don’t trust the menu to actually get what you thought you were getting. Edible but likely will never come here again. Just bagels and smear is probably okay.
