Found this spot by Fayetteville Lake and I am so happy I did! Had the shrimp tacos and husband had the pastor burger. Freshly made and great flavor. 10/10. Will be back next time I am in town to ride bikes. It is also only like a one minute ride from the food truck to the Fayetville Lake Trail which connects to the Razorback Greenway.

To be fair...I ordered a very tough to make order.....BLT lite mayo. after waiting 35 minutes (also, I ordered ahead of time) was told they cancelled my order....because they couldn't make it. Refund should appear on my card in 5 business days. I had heard good things, but today....you people stole my lunch hour. Not a fan

This has suddenly become my absolute favorite place to eat in town. I’m working my way thru the whole menu but I got stuck on the quesadilla burger and the maya quesaburger for a minute actually. My kids and I enjoy the whole variety of food trucks up here by the lake but the food and service at El Gym have earned my loyalty. No more fast food on my lunch breaks, what a waste. This is where it’s at.

Love this place. I work at the Givington’s warehouse about a mile away and have visited this place both visits for my first time eating lunch in this food truck lot.
The man at the window makes absolutely certain he makes you the exact sandwich you want and doesn’t hesitate to accommodate any special requests you may have. But more than that, he makes amazing fresh food that has always been steaming when I got it and he serves it at a more than fair price. A classic hamburger from here will not cost you more than 7 bucks and it is a truly good one.
Love coming here for my lunchbreak. Keep that creative menu and perfect attitude!
