Went to Firehouse in Fayetteville this evening..great subs as always BUT y’all had 1 poor kid working. That’s it. He was taking orders and making the sandwiches with no help…and he was busting his butt too!! He should get double pay for his hours tonight!!
I usually only leave good reviews but our service was so bad I’m leaving my first ever bad review. The place was filthy, we’ve noticed that the last two times we’ve been there but tonight took the cake, and I’d already decided I wouldn’t likely be back. Then we got all the way home and everything about our meal was wrong. Neither sandwich was what we ordered. They weren’t busy so it wasn’t that they were overwhelmed and it was rushed.
