Had a last min order for 15 sandwiches..I called they whip them right up perfectly.. then i had to run back to firehouse because we had two people show up and needed two more sandwiches right at lunch rush hr! I was very impressed with the service, speed and both orders were perfect! THANK YOU FIREHOUSE!

I asked for extra mayo on my club. While waiting I heard the manager make a comment on how much the young man was putting on my sandwich but I didnt think much of it since I did ask for extra. When I got home there was so much mayo I couldn't even taste anything but mayo. I called the store to talk to the manager about iI. He immediately dismissed my concerns and said he didnt think it was too much mayo and that the kid was new and young and even played on his baseball team. I found it completely unprofessional and very concerning that he never once apologized for the issue and instead to defend his worker whom even he had questioned the amount of mayo. I have no doubt the kid was a good kid and wasn't meaning to be disrespectful by drowning my sandwich. The lack of guidance and accountability is clearly coming from management.

Lost our order in a sub line. $15 for 6 inch sub and chips with no drink.
How do you loose an order in sub line after taking payment! Order was to go but no carry out bag for multiple sandwiches. This location has issues.

They replaced the chips I ordered without telling me and also forgot the bacon I paid extra for. $18.50 down the drain because this sandwich is nasty. (Mind you - the literal same sandwhich I ordered two weeks ago and LOVED and have been dreaming about since). I tried to call the store and talk to a manager, she said “hello” and I told her my issue and then she didn’t respond. Just left the air silent until I hung up. I won’t be back which is unfortunate since I used to love Firehouse

I had an amazing experience at Firehouse Subs, thanks to Maddison and Justin! From the moment I walked in, they both greeted me with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. The sandwich was delicious, and the service was even better! It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but Maddison and Justin do just that. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend visiting if you want great food and exceptional service!
