Flyway Brewing Company - Fayetteville

We drove 5½ hours specifically to get Bluewing Beer and have a bite at the brew pub. The young man who was our server was very attentive, the food was delicious and the beer always good. After attending the Frost Fest we went back for an appetizer and another beer, the young lady who was our server this time was just as good! The manager was incredible and helped us loaded our vehicle with beer. See you in the fall!

The staff was so nice, drinks good!
The only reason down one star is they had the door open when it was 50° out. It was FREEZING in there. It made us leave a drink early to go somewhere else.
That being said, I'm sure it's a one-off, and I would recommend it.

Tried the fries, cheese curds, duck tenders, muffuletta and carnie pizzas. Everything was great but the pizza was awesome! Thick crust but crispy on the edges…delicious! Will definitely be back! Also the ranch was really good, lots of dill, I dipped everything in it

First off, our service was AMAZING. We were greeted immediately upon sitting down and our waitress brought waters out immediately and took our beer order. She answered our questions and suggested a great beer which we very much enjoyed.

We ordered the turkey sandwich. My wife asked them to substitute the type of bread. They wouldn't do it. No problem. When the sandwich arrived, we opened it and it had a terrible looking avocado. The waitress and manager agreed, apologized and made her another one. This one had no avocado as they had run out.

We also had the parmesan dry rub wings and the smashed burger, cheddar bombs. The wings were overwhelmed with liquid smoke sauce. So much that we couldn't eat them. The smash burger, cheddar bombs were okay but the cheese crisps stuck out for far that I had to break it off to bite the burger. I like cheese a lot and it was still too much for me.

I think we'll chalk this place up as a great place to have a really good beer.

We really enjoy this place. We had excellent service. The venison sliders are delicious and the amber ale was so good. The salads are great too. Love this place.

I was very unimpressed with the overall experience at Flyway. The quality of the food for the price was a joke. I get it, you have to pay the rent, the food is so far off from the price point. The wait time for food at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday was an hour. The beer selection was great, except for the fact that you were out of your award winning IPA, and then out of the next beer we ordered, a stout. If you last another year in NWA it will be a waste of your money. This level of food quality worked in the late 80's and early 90's, this doesn't fly any more.

I’ve always enjoyed Flyway products. I’ve enjoyed plenty of baseball games at home with a Bluewing by my side. But this was my first visit to a brewery location.

Not only was I impressed and satisfied with the beer selection, they have a great cocktail menu and full bar as well. But believe it or not, what truly blew me away was the food menu. I rarely go to a restaurant and am somewhat frustrated I don’t have the appetite to try other things. But all the more reason to return! My fries, curds, and flyway dog were great. Also, had no idea this was such a great spot to catch a game with that high end wall-sized flatscreen. I will be back.

Flyway Fayetteville is a go-to for me. Their food is amazing, they have so many different options, the atmosphere is top tier and the service is unmatched! I would recommend this to anyone!
