If you get a shake or concrete, it’ll be mostly vanilla ice cream and then a tiny bit of whatever good stuff comes with it at the bottom. And don’t add anything because they will not put it in there. For example, I got a cold brew Carmel crunch and added cookie dough, and there is no Carmel in it, no cookie dough, and a TINY amount of heath bar at the bottom. It was basically a $9 thing of vanilla ice cream 😡 my husband ordered a cookie dough concrete and all he got was vanilla ice cream with a little cookie dough sprinkled on top. Do not recommend!
Ordered a concrete that only had 2 mix ins. Received it with 1 only, so for the extremely high price and small quantity couldn't even add both the advertised mix ins. Will not be back

I go here a lot and I brush over a lot cause fast food is just that. Fast. But this is annoying. I get it’s only like $5 and serving sizes or whatever but I’d like for there to be a couple more at least. Other than that you guys really do great thank you

I recently had an experience at this location that I feel deserves a review. To start, I completely understand that the fast food industry often relies on younger employees, and I always try to extend patience and grace when orders are incorrect or things don't go as smoothly as expected. However, on 10/13 around 8 pm, I encountered a particularly disappointing experience, which unfortunately isn’t the first time at this location.
When I pulled into the drive-thru, I was asked to wait while the team caught up, which was no problem. I understand how these things work. When it was time to order, I made sure to speak loudly because I knew that Weddington road nearby can make it harder to hear. Despite this, I had to repeat my order three times—a simple order of one concrete and one sundae. By the third time, I was admittedly frustrated and asked, as politely as I could, for the employee to "please follow along".
When I pulled up to the window, a manager came over and informed me that my order would be canceled because I had been "rude" to the employee. He explained that many of the workers are young, and while I respect that, I was surprised by how the situation was handled. It felt like my frustration over the service was being deflected rather than addressed, and the focus shifted away from the issue at hand.
I expressed my disappointment and frustration after being informed that my order was canceled (sorry for the choice of words), as it was surprising to be told my order was being canceled for simply asking for attentiveness. Several orders have gone wrong over the years and have even returned back to the location, but I’ve always extended my understanding in those situations. I felt this situation could have been handled better, and I hope it’s something the team can work on going forward.

Visted a couple weeks ago. Went in and ordered and dined with 3 kiddos. Service was quick and friendly. Place was clean. We stayed long enough to order, sit and wait (not a long wait time) we ate and then went back and ordered icecream.
Ice cream, shakes, burgers , fries, fry sauce ,t shirts and more.
Large parking lot , drive thru, two pick up windows. One for food and one for ice cream for quicker service.

Management here is a joke (KIMBERLY). I don’t suggest working here, as Kimberly interviewed my wife about a month ago and wasted 3 weeks of my wife’s time. Kimberly and Chris brought my wife in because they loved her and wanted to bring her on for a management position but wouldn’t offer her what she’s worth, so she declined and wanted to take an hourly position (as this is her 2nd job—she already has a full time job). After weeks of lies (I have screenshots, which will be escalated to HR), they decided not to even hire my wife at all because she wouldn’t quit her full time to accept a crappy management position that didn’t pay sh.
