The burgers were fantastic as usual, the frozen custard was flawless, but the hot caramel was a bit grainy and darker than usual with a hint of scorching to it. It was still edible bu when we usually scrape the cup clean nearly, this time we left a good bit of caramel behind. Likely a temp issue with the caramel dispenser. Management advised but as a heads up not a complaint since it was edible just not their usual 5 star quality. I'm sure they're looking into addressing and fixing the issue now so future folks will get their usual 5 star quality. Employees are always top notch service and attitude when we're here.

10 stars to Terra and the other crew that worked today, I was noticeably upset about something that happened previous to my visit and they could tell and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, faith in humanity restored! Excellent staff💜

Moved here from Wichita Kansas and missed Freddy's so I decided to eat here. Huge mistake! After getting the wrong order in the drive-thru, I took it inside to be fixed. No apologies but the cashier said they would fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked about the status of my order, and was looked at with confusion. Needless to say, someone else had to ask again what I had and get it started for me. It was fixed about 5 minutes later. Really bizarre.

Our neighborhood burger spot. I've enjoyed everything I've had there. Only exception is that the bread for the patty melts seems to be always falling apart. Just get it on a bun and all is good. I was skeptical about cheese curds, but they are fantastic, especially if you sprinkle them with the Freddy's seasoning.
