Great American Cookies

Never have a pleasant experience at this location. Not even mentioning the high prices. Will never spend another dime after last interaction with the manager or owner whatever she is. Support and spend money anywhere but here.

Cookies are really good, as always. I dont order a giant cookie as often anymore due to the price now, but they are still delicious as always!

Do not recommend going here the older lady that is working today was super rude and got attitude with us every time we asked her a question even when I asked her for a cup of ice, she talked to me like I was stupid

Do not order from this location. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another location.

Asked for help choosing style on cookie cake for a birthday. The older blonde lady was SUPER rude & said she doesn’t help with choosing. That’s ok.. but it’s not ok to be that hateful!!

I ordered a cookie cake from here and service was amazing and the cake looked amazing as well!! I had a hard time trying to design but Juan helped make it so easy!!

Me and my guy I work with who has special needs. just wanted one cookie the girl told me. that they don’t open to 11am it was 10:44am so about 15min till open. idk what would Hurt to sale one cookie before they open. Hopefully the owner will see this and comment hopefully they can change there policy about sales stuff before they open

Recently spent $50 on a big cookie and it was hard and tasteless so embarrassing to serve at a birthday party. Called the store manager Paige, zero customer service. Save your money and go to Walmart or Sam’s Club, 1/2 the price and better tasting!

The lady that works there on the weekends is rude.

Christina always does an outstanding job and has never refused a cake for me, no matter how ridiculous! She can usually fit me in same day or last minute. I have her on speed dial LOL. She is seriously amazing at what she does! Thank you Christina!

This NWA Mall location is the BEST! A friendly crew and a cookie display that always looks great keeps us going back. Good job cookie folks!

False advertising. Each tray says buy five get one free. Sign says buy five bakery items, get one free. Then, it lists all the bakery items, including brownies, slices, etc. lady behind the counter says that offer is only for “regular cookies.” Overpriced and false advertising. Won’t be going back.

We came to them for a last-second birthday cake that my son wanted. He loves the Lakers and Lebron and wanted a Lakers cake. Christina said that she could have it done within an hour and delivered. My son loved the design and the taste of the cake. Very pleasant to work with.
