Been there 3 times. We got the regular pizza, not the Chicago style. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Servers were friendly & helpful. Food came out sooner than we expected.

Every place probably deserves a second chance. We had an extremely poor experience, I'm not going to try to insinuate that it was par for the course. The manager did what she could to try to make it right. However. We got there at 6:30pm. It took roughly 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. We ordered 2 pizzas (one was a kids cheese) and water. We didn't get our food until 7:55pm. We were repeatedly told that they were going to take care of us and provide a free appetizers, which was provided.... at the same time as the food we ordered. It's pretty much unacceptable and I wish we would've just left after the first foodless hour passed. Also, the jalapeños were cut about 2 inches thick as a topping.We are thankful for the free items we received as compensation, but it wasn't stuff we wanted in the first place, and doesn't change the fact that we spent 5 minutes eating and 1.5 hours waiting, and watching other tables come and go.

First time ordering, and the last!Smallest pizza for the biggest price! More crust than toppings, and weighed nothing including the box! I was embarrassed to show the italian family. I ordered 2 large, pepperoni and a deluxe. After tax 35.00 for 2 10" not large!

Gusanos had a great spaghetti with meatballs. Delicious, however the portion size was pretty small. They only gave me one meatball and it said there would be 3. the service was nice though and quick.

Order carryout that includes 2 meatball skillets. Get home and there's no meatballs. Call and am told sorry we'll remake them or refund, so it's a trip back because we want meatballs. Get there and it's "oh we're out." I then get an attitude from them for expecting a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe spend more money on quality employees and less on paying for NIL?

Ordered a Ditka to go, pizza had no sauce and one basil leaf, was disappointed to say the least.
Tried Gusano’s in Fayetteville after hearing it was much better than the location in Ft Smith. It was better (in our experience) in terms of service & pizza, but still not great. We also got spaghetti & meatballs and a meatball/pepperoni sub (can’t remember the name) to go. The pasta & sauce were fine but the meatballs were hard as a rock. We gave it a 2nd chance & it’s definitely not for us.
