JEFF IS THE BOMB! He’s actually so sweet and the service was amazing. Will be seeing us again fosho
Only got one cookie, but it melted in my mouth. The server was amazingly nice and polite. I will be going back!
I placed a delivery order and waited nearly 45 minutes and called the store for an update. They said they were nearly at my location but I proceeded to wait 30 more minutes and no one came. I then called the store a second time and they just hung up the phone on me after I explained my issue. Would not recommend to anyone ever again. I was excited for my cookies, man.
Bought cookies for the ER team at Washington Regional and they were warm, perfectly packed with my ask of napkins, mini plates and boxed vegans. Perfectly done! Thank you so much! Delicious!!
The cookies were good , service horrible ! I went around 11 pm. The group of people ahead of us had the same interaction as us. No welcome in, no what can I get for you, no your total is , no thank you. Just looked me in my face like he hated the world , boxed the cookies aggressively , slid em on the counter and looked away. I know people have bad days but I will never spend a dollar here again thanks to this one young man’s shitty attitude.
As a Fayetteville local and fellow Dickson Street worker who has been coming here for the past 5 or 6 years somewhat regularly, I can confidently say that none of what is served here is worth the repulsive, lazy, unprofessional attitude that you will be greeted with 99% of the time that you come here and order even the most basic and simple items. You could buy a pre-packaged milk from the fridge and the employees would act like you’re just the worst person to ever cross them.
There has only ever been one woman who works here who is the kindest person ever and should honestly be running the place, and even then when I hadn’t seen her for a while and asked the other employees about her, they all smirked and gleefully talked trash so hatefully about her together in front of me. Every other worker acts so completely put out if you ask for a cookie they don’t have sitting in the front warmer that’s been there for 6 hrs drying out and they have to go and put a frozen, pre-prepared cookie on a cookie sheet even if you nicely affirm you don’t mind the extra 15 minutes.
Last night I went to purchase 24 cookies (just simple ones, no deluxe cookies, no ice cream scooping necessary) at 10pm (notice this business is both called INSOMNIA cookies and they close at 1AM) to share with my co-workers and the woman working the front register had possibly the ugliest attitude I have ever experienced from a service worker in my life.
She borderline yelled at one of the people with me (who wasn’t speaking to her) and nearly every other customer who came after us to speak up, even though this place is stiflingly quiet. She also got visibly angry when again, I nicely said “Oh we don’t mind waiting at all,” because had only four dried out cookies available from the crusty front warmer. She then proceeded to go off on some self-righteous mini tangent about orders after 10pm (again, they close at 1am) and we sat in the corner while she proceeded to greet every other customer who came in (though this wasn’t many, they weren’t busy at all) with this same attitude and same weird tangents about speaking up.
It would be different if this was just one employee, but it is almost the entire full grown ADULT staff who acts this way, sighing and rolling their eyes while not once making eye contact and acting as though you ordering cookies from a cookie place is just so rude and impossibly complicating their day. Save your money; we have a Crumbl now with much nicer workers and a better bang for your buck. I would give negative stars if possible.
The cookies were good but honestly the customer service is horrible at 10:00-11:00 pm Saturday night July 12 2025. Lady at front was very rude yelled at me to speak up instead of politely asking. gave us attitude the whole time and yelling at most of the people there , being passive aggressive, or more on the aggressive side, gave us no sort of kindness or good service.we Normally come here, but every time always rude no matter who works except one kind lady. And overall horrible experience and hopes that new employees are hired.
Our door dash driver royally messed up our cookie delivery, bringing us an unsealed box of partially eaten cookies. I’m giving 5 Stars because the store made it right! They gave us a refund AND delivered a fresh box of cookies. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Shoutout to Josh for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a great one.
This was my first time ever having insomnia cookies, the cookies was delicious and put me to sleep in under 5 minutes I will be buying again
My friends and I just stopped by insomnia for some cookies. They were just about to close, but Vivian was so sweet and welcomed us with a smile! We got a box of cookies, and they were so delicious. Vivian is awesome, and she didn’t mind helping us even though they were about to close! The store is always so clean too!

Caramillionaire flavour ice cream is a must-try
Overall there are a couple of options of brownie, cookies and ice creams at reasonable prices
Good cookies
the vegan cookies are DELICIOUS- especially the birthday cake one!!
It's not a bad place to get some late night desserts, and the cookies are pretty good. But it's a crap shoot if you'll even get the one you want based on what's available.
Parking is also a pain on Dickson Street and the employees seem to be too busy to be friendly. I like the spot and hope they can improve because I do enjoy coming here and like the fact that they deliver.
Love their cookies
