Insomnia cookies is my favorite cookie store!

Cookies and ice cream were wonderful. The surly girl behind the counter was off her game though. Probably tired, it was close to midnight. Place has ZERO tables and it was about 95 degrees inside.

Wow I would not order delivery from here. They brought a partial delivery then when they had to bring back the rest, took a photo of it by my door then didn’t leave it there! Total rip off and classless delivery driver.

So we placed an order through Uber because the actual website didn’t accept my address. No big deal. Was quoted delivery to be within a certain time frame. The order status never updated beyond “Your order is being prepared for pickup.” Then 20 minutes after the latest delivery time I received a text asking how my order was. So I open the door to see my food sitting in the door mat, where we wipe our feet-not in a bag or anything. Just sitting there. The food was good but I’m not convinced that I received what I ordered and there is no receipt available. Also, $41 is ridiculous for dessert for two, with delivery. Especially when it was late and no notice it was delivered. It had ice cream in it!

We enjoyed our cookie and ice cream, and brownie and ice cream. The cookie and brownie were warm, and the ice cream was delicious.

Ice cream and cookies? Great! Love them. Getting them to follow the delivery instructions through their own webpage to ring the doorbell and add spoon? A HERCULEAN TASK.

Cookies were stale, ice cream was awful, lobby was flithy.

2 tiny scoops of ice cream for almost 6 bucks, and the ice cream is mediocre, at best. The cookie dough ice cream is made with cheap vanilla as a base, while the dream weaver tasted a bit like play dough. The only place on Dickson to get ice cream, and crappy and expensive. No thanks.

If your looking for a late snack. I recommend a warm cookie from insomnia Cookies. So delicious, they even deliver! They have milk, drinks and even ice cream !

Way better than other competitor large cookie companies that i have experienced. Soft snd fresh

Josh greeted us with such kindness and made our weekend trip to Arkansas have the best ending at Insomnia Cookies!!
