Jersey Mike's is the best! The owners own all the locations in NWA and they help with school fundraisers and charities often. I have had great service at all the JM's I have been to here. At this location I have picked up a catering order and multiple to go orders. Everytime it is packed and ready on time and fresh and delicious! The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and fast. I love their Italian sub and my kids like their sodas. I also like that they freshly cut the meat and cheese to order. Tip: try their subs in a lettuce bowl instead of bread!

If you want slop in between two pieces of bread and looked at like you have a giant caterpillar growing out of your forehead this is your go to place for a great time. There are so many jersey mikes across the country and this has got to be the worst location I have been to. And the employees including the manger act like they’ve haven’t interacted with a human since 2020.

lizzie & joe are so helpful! so helpful in fact that joe even saved a newborn baby from falling by diving over the counter to save its life while lizzie simultaneously gave us top tier service in the midst of the chaos!!! what a selfless act of courage! i will definitely be back to this fayetteville location?
