I'm from the Northeast and as far as getting a good hogie or cheese steak, this is as good as it gets in Arkansas that I have found. While high on the scale for Arkansas, understand these are not high on the scale compared to a mom and pop deli back home near Philly. You need sweet peppers Jersey Mikes...lol. grateful to have a good sub shop. Will be back again!

Purchased the full Italian sub. The young lady dressing the sandwiches didn't change gloves after preparing orders before mine. I have an allergy to onions. She had previously placed onions on other subs. I got the residue from that all over my sandwich. Tried to eat it but no could do. It will be a long time if ever I return to this establishment.

My experience concluding at 7:47 pm on July 18th today was extremely disappointing. I placed my online order at 7:24. I arrived about 10 minutes later, and my sandwich was not yet ready, which was fine. The app states a 15 minute from placing the order, to time to receive it. Most of the time it takes maybe 5 minutes from when it’s placed, but I understand it taking the full 15. The issue was after waiting until 7:45, and watching at least 10 people walk in after me, place their orders, and receive their food within MINUTES. I go to check the empty take out bags, my ticket is nowhere to be found. I then have to wait longer on someone to simply acknowledge me, and when I say my name and the ticket is gone, I get no response and the employees walk to the back. No explanation. Moments later an employee makes my sandwich and it took 90 seconds. No explanation, just a *seemingly sarcastic* “sorry for the wait.” I’d appreciate an explanation and a somewhat legitimate apology after waiting 20 minutes, and watching 10+ people walk in, and walk out with their food well after mine had been placed. Food was great as always, service was again lackluster as more often than not it is. If I was the manager, I would check the cameras with the time I provided and watch how long I waited patiently as countless people are served well after I had arrived, and see no employee ever say anything to me. Disrespectful to say the least.

Easily the best chain restaurant subs in town. They have an app for ordering but you have to go inside to get the food.
I HIGHLY recommend getting the Stubborn Agave Cream Soda from the drink fountain—it is to die for and the cherry on top that puts this sub shop clearly out in front of the rest.

I had gone in 2 days in a row. The first day the girl with the blue/green vibrant hair was absolutely wonderful! She made the perfect sandwich 10/10. But today there was a young lady brown hair and tiny and she gave me trouble and attitude when making my sandwich after I had told her if she could change her gloves in which she didn’t. Because she had just touched the kiosk, register and change and dollar bills as well as cards and wouldn’t change her gloves when making my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I feel like I shouldn’t even eat this because that is soooo gross and the audacity to have a problem when asked to change gloves just blew my mind. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the first interaction when I went. That girl with the blue/green vibrant hair should get a raise lol she did such an amazing job didn’t skimp on anything no issues, very polite. She’s the reason I would give more. But that other girl I’m sooo stunned and disgusted.

It is a small shop, but they do a great job at moving orders through. The food was really great, and the folks behind the counter were friendly and knowledgeable.

Jersey Mike's is the best! The owners own all the locations in NWA and they help with school fundraisers and charities often. I have had great service at all the JM's I have been to here. At this location I have picked up a catering order and multiple to go orders. Everytime it is packed and ready on time and fresh and delicious! The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and fast. I love their Italian sub and my kids like their sodas. I also like that they freshly cut the meat and cheese to order. Tip: try their subs in a lettuce bowl instead of bread!
