Jersey Mike's is the best! The owners own all the locations in NWA and they help with school fundraisers and charities often. I have had great service at all the JM's I have been to here. lizzie & joe are so helpful! so helpful in fact that joe even saved a newborn baby from falling by diving over the counter to save its life while lizzie simultaneously gave us top tier service in the midst of the chaos!!! what a selfless act of courage! i will definitely be back to this fayetteville location?

Went in on May 15 around 10:30 am. Female working the cash register was openly rude and lazy. The rest of the employees were polite and the sandwich was good. Sad how a really bad employee that has no business dealing directly with the public can so negatively effect the image of an otherwise fine business.
