Terrible experience. Rude manager and not welcoming at all. Not to mention, the sandwich was mid and I love JJ’s but this was a terrible experience. Manger on his phone and slamming it on the counter when I asked him to try and type in my gift card number to try again. Just. Rude.

Awful customer service. Rude employees that hard have a tooth in their heads. Not sanitary and ultimately just a terrible experience. The Dickson location is MUCH better, or literally go to any other sub shops.
This place needs to be closed in no uncertain terms. They are only open because of deliveries and pickups.

Normally a GREAT Monday experience. Ordered 20 min before pickup and not ready - empty store. The Monday guy not here today. Walked in to employee squatting on the sidewalk, like a homeless person, smoking a cigarette. She stubbed it out on the sidewalk. Super classy.

Daniel is a terrible area manager who seems to create a hostile atmosphere for his other managers and employees and run them off for his own agenda. I wouldn't recommend trying to stay inside if you're gonna eat here, it is too hectic of an environment due to poor management, and low staff. And don't expect it to all come out fast or correct either, cause they usually only have 1 or 2 employees, and an untrained or uncertified manager running the stores.

Was a general manager for this location and every day the area manager (daniel) would say things to cut me down like calling me names and belittling me in is conversation making me fill like I was worthless and could do nothing right. I have also sought out legal councel for this as well and when the district manager (taylor) was made aware of this he turned his back on this. They also had another assistance manager they fired just because he was a little slow. This location in my opinion is a bad location. And this statment is true and protected by free speech.

Placed an online order for delivery at 11:31 am. The order tracker had it completed at 12:00. 30 minutes later, delivery still isn't here. Call the store to see whats up and apparently a large order took precedence over mine. So it was still sitting there, going to taste horrible. But this happens every time I order delivery from there. This will be my last time.

I have never had a bad experience here. 95% of my orders are dine-in and the wait time for my order is perfectly agreeable. They are very busy during the lunch time, but I go in knowing this and the service and quality of my meals are great. I enjoy the small atmosphere.
I’ve been waiting for well over 30 minutes for a sandwich. They need more workers or something. EDIT: so turns out, if you order take out on the app, you’re put to the back of the line, so I guess if I hadn’t asked, and keep walking in, I’d never get my order. Stupid policy. Or they could, ask, hey wats your name, and make your order. 45 freaking minutes.

If I could go zero, I think I might. We waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich, then when they finally came out, one of them was not even on the correct bread, and it also had missing ingredients. Totally understand it being hard only having one person working, but it was definitely a waste of $20!
