This morning was great for me and my family. Our server was newer but manager needs to be more attentive and more help to the new servers. She even brought us food that our server forgot to ring in but she not once apologized for her servers mistake or not once checked on us. We watched our server ask for 3 different workers for help and no one helped her they walked away. Me and my friends/ family are all servers and can’t believe how this server was treated considering she was 17 and it was her first job as a server the manager should’ve helped her with this 7 top table. The server was clearly struggling and we told her everything was okay and tipped her well. Management should be ran better for a weekday brunch. We were there from 9:30-11am, for breakfast that’s a long time to have someone in your section.

Our server Racheal, was great! Food was fantastic, portions were plentiful, and price was low, when you consider how much food you get! The wife, nor I, could finish, and less than $30!! Highly recommend!!!

It took a while for our food to come out but Charlie our server kept us updated on what was happening She is an amazing server.

Food was cold, not hot and no where near enough syrup, service was strange in the fact that servers hair their hair messy and down not tied up, so gross, soon as me and my boyfriend found hair in our food, we lost our appetite, payed immediately, and left. There was very little concern about the hair and many tables were dirty and it wasn’t even busy!! We were basically ignored and forgotten about for the first 20 minutes of waiting to order, did not feel welcomed and the food was mid. It was smelly too my hairy cat could cook something better up, will not be back :/.

We ordered two pancake combos which come with bacon, sausage, eggs and pancakes. We received the pancakes and eggs which were cold, and then had to wait about another 12 to 13 minutes for the bacon and sausage which was also cold. They put multiple orders on the same plate forcing us to share off of the same plate. We came around noon and it was almost dead inside. Staff were nice but extremely slow to deliver food before it was cold and broke our orders up into parts giving us only part of our orders at a time. Both the pancakes and bacon were undercooked, with wet dough and raw bacon. We would have complained but it took so long before she returned to the table that I didn't want to risk having them remake everything and happening to set there even longer. I simply won't return to this location again. We've had numerous issues throughout the years and always end up going back after about 6 months just to have a very similar experience. I'm sure it's great if you're an extremely vocal person and throw a fit but I just can't do that every time I order food somewhere. As a plus the staff are nice, they're just slow and comfortable working there.

I thoroughly enjoy the food and service at Jimmy’s Egg. I have tried several dishes and they all have been tasty. The service we receive from our server, Sunshine is always pleasant, attentive and fast.

Great service from Sunshine! She is the best. We had a small group of friends after church and she handled us all with care and a smile, even with multiple tickets. Food was good and the restaurant is very clean and quick kitchen. It fills up fast though, so beat the rush!
