Came here because they advertised live music but there was none and the food is subpar. Ranch dressing served hot with cheese fries that was cold.

JJ’s Live is the absolute BEST venue for entertainment in Fayetteville for a few reasons. A) Top notch customer service- Caitlyn and Zoe are genuinely amazing in ensuring fans are happy and satisfied. B))The building is open and spacious and has a RAD vibe to it- you can see the artist(s) no matter where you sit/stand- you don’t have to view them from a giant screen. C) The venue has an intimate feel to it- you almost feel up close and personal to artists because though it’s a spacious building, there’s not thousands of people to wade through. D) They do a great job bringing in music entertainment and they have now began bringing in comedic entertainment! E) It’s in our back yard! Love the location! F) The outside area is nice because you can sit and relax outside and visit with folks and have a beverage or a smoke comfortably- before the show starts or during the show if you need to step out for a bit. I could honestly carry on through the alphabet if I wanted, but these are the top reasons I will continue to choose JJ’s Live for entertainment over other close by venues.

Cool place to listen to live music!

Be warned. They don’t accept cash payments

No area to dance, over priced. Parking is to far away.

Shitty venue stayed outside for 3 hrs just for them to say they have fast passes for $15 no air in the place so packed not worth the wait way to many people

Seeing Zack Top. Great venue. Restroom facilities are extremely lacking for the amount of people in the building. Asked an employee and they said outside restroom facilities are unavailable. Let's stuff hundreds of people into a concert, serve alcohol, but forget about having adequate restroom facilities. Apparently this is the norm.

Do not use the website prekindle to buy your tickets. They basically stole 100 dollar from me. No refund for an event that had 7 inches of snow

I’ve been to 4 concerts here and had a bad experience each time. The venue is soo bad and overcrowded and not enough security. I’ve never had any problems with crowds at concerts expect for this venue.

Popular artists are over sold with only the VIP section having a real chance to see anything. The potential is there for a good venue but it gets way too packed for it to be fun or safe.

Singlehandedly destroyed the music scene in NWA.

This venue is dangerous period due to crowding, but if you are female prepare to be touched inappropriately, repeatedly, by dudes who use the crowding as an excuse to rub their junk allll up against you. They will insist they can't help it bc it's too crowded but somehow my crew managed not to assault the people in front of us, so yeah just regular old opportunistic low-key assault. Did I mention that when you can't take it any more it will be almost impossible to get out of the crowd? You are essentially trapped. If that sounds fun to you keep in mind you won't be able to see anyway bc the stage is too low, gotta be minimum six foot to be able to see. This place is a literal nightmare and ruined one of my favorite bands show (KGLW) for me. Unsafe, can't even see, stay home and watch live videos on YouTube and save yourself money and trauma

Literally the most unsafe venue I have ever been to.

It seemed to be an oversold event. I’m calling it now…something bad would probably happen if an emergency situation were to ever take place at this venue. I wish they would really take this seriously. Like actually do something not say something. JJ’s should care about the safety of the people who provide their return of investment. Also the bathrooms situation sucks. Lines intersecting across the floor lol.

Anyways at king gizzard…. I eventually became uncomfortable with the crowd and decided to leave. I tried to leave the easiest way out of the side and they said I had to exit out of the back. Another woman had to use the restroom and they told her to head the same way. We had to fight our way from the pit to the back of the building through a massive rowdy crowd.

I’ve taken the time to read responses of previous comments like this on reviews and they said they would take it into account. Nothing seems to have changed.

King Gizzard is the last show I will ever go to. 😊

Security kicked people out for crowd surfing at the king gizzard show. You're supposed to be able to crowd surf. No signs posted saying otherwise

I absolutely love this venue, it always has amazing shows and great vibes! I’m leaving a bad review because this past weekend I saw That Mexican Ot and had ordered drinks at the bar downstairs. I spent over $120 not including my tips and was not even feeling the liquor. I do not regularly drink and ordered doubles all night for me and my partner. I was told my several friends they water their bottles down before they serve you!!
