Used to be the best. went today, and the last time and both times they messed my order up. both times same girl, don’t know her name but she clearly needs a pen and paper because trying to memorize orders and then messing them up isn’t cool. honestly i’ll start making my own at home for the service we’ve gotten recently. cooks in the back though y’all do y’all’s thing, just need to get rid of most of the waitresses.

My boyfriend and I went to go have dinner last night. We ordered the seafood feast that’s for 2 people. All was going well, however I woke up this morning to food poisoning. Throwing up and having an upset stomach due to the shrimp not properly cooked. Not only did I wake up to these symptoms, we had a horrible waitress, her name was Madison. She served our food and hardly came to check on the table. We had to ask for a bucket to put our shells in and was given no apron. What made me upset was that she 100% remembered to give her other tables their necessities to enjoy the meal. We had to ask another waitress for assistance and she was very lovely. She had black hair, she was kind enough to take our order and bring our food. I wish we could have given the other waitress a tip for being kind enough to take care of us. Madison didn’t receive a tip due to her lack of attendance and poor service. Won’t be coming here again.

We wanted seafood boil and this was the only one we saw in the location we’re currently in. The flavor was alright not too memorable. Spice level is just right. I added some corn to my order and it was not sweet and not well cooked. Price was a little steep, probably because of supply and demand. ??♀️ Server was nice and attentive. Forgot to take photos of what we ordered.

The servers were great!! The food was hot and fresh and everyone was very nice!
We ordered 1lb of snow crab and 1lb of crawfish with the "Woo Pig sooie" mild flavor and sausage, potatoes and corn. The crab and crawfish were over cooked so it was difficult to get to the meat. The corn, sausage, and potatoes were by far the best part. The walls were filthy littered with dried sauce. The chairs we sat in were torn and ripped and unstable. The sinks to wash our hands backed up and would not drain. The waitress was friendly but dismissive.

This used to be my favorite & go to for seafood boil. That changed last night. I ordered Woo Pig Sooie with medium heat. There was no heat to it & it just tasted salty, no spices/seasoning. My husband ordered Woo Pig Sooie in insanely hot, it tasted just like mine. I tasted my friend’s who ordered Cajun mild, and again, it tasted the same. They all just had a salty taste with no flavor. I told the waitress & she brought me & my husband extra butter with their spice mix. Again, it just tasted salty & had no heat whatsoever. Paid $200 for food I didn’t eat. Will be going to Kraken from now on.

Im sorry but no single meal should cost $105! And its the fact they try hiding the price… the price is not on the menu and its writen in the corner on their board behind stuff! The place is nasty and out of date and poorly cleaned! Theres food on the napkins from many other peoples dirty fingers! Music was not good either. 2 appitizers and our drinks alone was $50 I cried when i got my bill… $150 never going back there! Now i understand why the Kracken is better.

My husband and I just made a recent online order from this location. And it was a severe disappointment. 5 dollars shy of a hundred dollars spent on our food. Not worth it.He got the 2 lobster tail boil that was supposed to come with about a pound of sausage. Which he not only did not get. But his lobster was painfully overcooked, undersized, not deveined or de-thorned. Which ended in him bleeding just from trying to get the meat out. Add on that the potatoes he got with the boil were undercooked. Being completely raw in the middle.All this prefaced by us having made our online order hours in advance so we could pick it up once I got off work. We were lucky we called the restaurant to check on our order. Because, come to find out. The system they have to take their online orders, wasn't even turned on so they weren't even aware we had placed one. Cue an hour and a half long wait, while they boot up the system and then start our order.We will not be eating here ever again.
