Used to be the best. But I only visit Fayetteville twice a year now. First visit to Slims was for a large (expensive) family meal. I ordered one side of cole slaw; wasn’t told till I’d paid that they were making the cole slaw. Twelve minutes later it was ready. All the fried foods had been sitting there and were cold by the time I made the three miles home. Manager said she’d reimburse my credit card, but didn’t. Two weeks later, I tried again. Order was wrong and included charges for things I didn’t get. Never again!

The chicken here is so good, a million times better than any fast food restaurant, and it’s the same price. I hope this food truck gets more recognition

Food was amazing! So I drove people up from fort smith twice! They were closed in the middle of the day During there working hours! Good luck calling, phone don’t work. So you can’t really call to make sure they are open during their hours of operation. They were closed at 2pm and 5pm fyi

The last three times I have been here the service has been sort of “so-so”. The person taking the order at the counter seems to not understand how to do it. Didn’t know how to sell a beer. The wings were lukewarm and the fries were limp. Fried mushrooms and fried okra are usually good. Been to Slims several times and have NEVER received the all the correct dipping sauces ordered. One time I ordered regular Buffalo wings and the wings had NO sauce on them, but there was Buffalo as a dipping sauce so I poured that on them. There’s always a lot of staff activity in the dining area: filling up drink containers, restocking cooler, etc. Maybe it’s just this location.

Amazing food and people!!

Best meal I have had in a long time! The loaded fries were absolutely incredible. The woman and man at the window (I’m assuming the owners) were very friendly and you can tell they care a lot about their product. I will be back!

We are local and have always enjoyed Slims Chicken. The last 3 visits to this location however have been bad experiences. We arrived at 5 pm on two different days at the drive through and they wouldn’t take our order as they said they were on a break. Today, the person waiting on us at the window was not wearing a mask and was working in very close proximity to his co-workers. The food was also not fresh. there are a lot of great options for chicken in Fayetteville so we won’t go back to this restaurant.

The loaded waffle fries are incredible. Chicken chunks fried beautifully, with a base of syrup and a topping of cheese and Buffalo sauce. It sounds weird but trust me it's delicious.

ok...so I just had the Loaded Waffle Fries...Yummy Yummy! I loved it...My daughter loved it...my granddaughter loved it!!! Kathy and Keith were so nice. Highly recommend and we will all be coming back!!!

Oh my goodness these were the best tenders. Super flavorful with a nice kick that fades off before you know it. No need for sauce but they have a nice selection. Waffles are nice a dense. Sides are terrific. Highly recommend.
