This is absolutely a terrible review against the owner. Two days in a row I went in to pick up deliveries and the store had no heat at all. It was sub-freezing temperatures outside. This clearly wasn’t abnormal, as the employees all had long sleeved or thermal shirts under their work polos. Unacceptable working conditions for the employees!

Went to dine in, got told we had to use the drive thru because the lobby was now closed at 6:30. The guy who took my order couldn't seem to pay attention. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. Got home to find the sandwich wasn't made with a breast, it instead had 2 small tenders instead and the fries were over cooked and cold. It has been a bad experience at this location multiple times in a row now and don't intend on eating here again especially after getting ripped off with the incorrect chicken on my sandwich this time. The experience and the food was unacceptable. If you don't want this location to stay open , keep doing what your doing!

First time around the lady was nice got my order, second time around it was a dude, he was rude, told us it would be 9 mins before legs would be up we have been waiting for for 15 mins waiting. Husband goes in to get his order and there was a gentleman waiting for his order that was waiting for 30 mins. They got my husband's order wrong and mine as well. No wonder KFC is going down hill fast

Terrible quality at this location. Fries were so greasy and disgusting! No wonder they were dead on a Friday evening when all other restaurants were packed.

Tuesday $10 bucket but you always have to wait 35-50 minutes for your order. They'll not check the order to the customer and just give your order to anyone. Not happy with my local KFC. Called the store the last time this happened and all I heard was sorry. But felt more like "sorry, not sorry". Corporate needs to send a reginal manager to help them figure out how to make orders in a timely manner. All they sale is chicken, and you still have to wait almost an hour for an order over $30!!!

Wife was in drive thru 4:30 on Oct 1st, ask about bucket special employee responded sadly we have it then continued to say you want it, don’t want it over and over. Great customer service, Not! No chicken was purchased.

I ordered what I wanted and needed but when I got to the Hospic house to give my wife her lunch I found out some of my orders were not ther. Don’t think KFC is for me. Will not be back if you have to cheat people out of half what they payed for.

If pretty sad when u spend a hundred dollars on food and they for get ur sides or put empty containers in ur bag yes this happen at the KFC on MLK in Fayetteville Arkansas I like 20 miles away and when u pick it up and get it home and discover that half ur food isn't there and there answer is well can't u just drive back and get it well stupid I've done spent the gas the first time not spending it again and it's not my job to make sure that some stupid college punk that one day will be in this world making big decisions knows how to make sure my food is all there this happened on 8/31 2024 there biscuits where so nasty and doughy that u couldn't even eat them I mean really and what sucks is it was a online order how can u not read that I will go to Springdale KFC next time better service and friendly people
