We had the pleasure of having Mark serve food at our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The Chicken Marsala, vegetable medley, and whipped potatoes were an absolute hit, leaving all our guests raving about the delicious dishes.

I am soooo glad that I went with Knife and Fork Catering for my mother's Celebration of Life! Mark is an excellent Chef, highly organized and responsive, all with being a very easy person to work with and having a wonderful sense of humor. From the 1st step all the way through the end of the celebration, he made it extremely easy for me to choose what exactly I wanted for the catering, linens, decorations and flowers. He helped me deal with my anxiousness about the event. Mark is extremely flexible, & I don't think there's a problem that he cannot solve!I chose the Cream Cheese and Dill-Stuffed Mushrooms broiled in garlic butter, a Mixed-Greens Salad (the homemade dressing was incredible!!), the Satay Chicken Skewers with a Spicy Szechuan Sauce, the Spinach and Ricotta stuffed Tortellini Skewers with a Basil-Walnut Pesto w/ Pepperoni, the Grilled Georgia Peach Tea with Stevia, the Mint and Lime Water and the AMAZING Death by Chocolate Layer Cake. Everything was scrumptious and presented attractively. Everyone raved about how delicious all of the food was, along with that special peach tea Mark makes! Knife and Fork also handled the linens (tablecloths & napkins), glass plates (food and dessert), real (non-plastic) forks, flowers for the tables and decor.The two servers were incredibly well-organized and I appreciated their graciousness and respect, given the reason for the event. Everything was professionally-done and absolutely perfect. I recommend Knife and Fork Caterers with a high degree excitement and gratitude. Thank you, Mark!

Mark was amazing from beginning to end. He was great at communicating with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was pretty much my wedding planner for my wedding reception. We had many hiccups along the way with the venue and planning a wedding from so far away. Mark handled everything with ease and skill, all while keeping me calm. He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious.All of the food was so good. The chicken was cooked and seasoned so well, and his grandmothers mashed potatoes were to die for. Many people went back for seconds because everything was that good.The grooms cake Mark made was delicious. It was moist and flavorful. He was accommodating as I changed the filling I wanted several times. The cake was my favorite part of the reception.The flowers were stunning and filled the whole reception hall. Mark purchased and did all of the flower arrangements for the evening. He was able to get all of the types of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet for the arrangements in the reception.The evening was magical and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help make our day so special
