Whoever the new guy is, he doesn’t seem to know how to make the food. I ordered a crazy stuffed crust pizza and I didn’t get the sauce and the Parmesan that comes on it. When I told the guy, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and then after I explained again, he took my pizza back and poured Parmesan all over the pizza, not just on the crust. I order here a lot but I’ll stop if it means I have to explain to the employees how to do their job.

They never have classic pepperoni and always have the more expensive pizza pre-made I understand upcharge but no reason to uncharge people sometimes come there because of the cheaper price

Is the slogan still “hot n ready?” At this particular location I am pulled up every time. I’m all for fresh food but what happened to the days of pulling up paying and getting the pizza? They have got too comfortable at this location the service is horrible

Ordered online to pick up inside.. order was ready but not where it was supposed to be picked up; finally got order after waiting at front for someone to find it. Brought it home and half my order was wrong I paid for the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza and I received a regular pepperoni. My fault for not checking before I left.. was disappointed in paying for one thing only to get a regular pizza of lower price.

Usually the pizza is excellent BUT THIS TIME it was not. The pizza itself tasted good but it was not so satisfying because of how thin it was. The crust on the other hand, mm mm MMMMHHH! You can actually see the light through the pizza tho... Documentation provided.
