Once again, a Fayetteville restaurant having personnel problems, which results in ridiculously slow service. Thirty (30) minutes to get two daily-special sandwiches - and yet, the Door Dashers come and go. I advise avoiding this place 11:30-1:00 unless you have an hour-and-a-half for lunch.

Ordered a Reuben and got a comically small amount of pastrami. It was 99% bread, .5% sauerkraut and .5% pastrami. It was the thinnest piece of pastrami I have literally ever seen. Ranch chips were good though.

Service was slow, but it looked like Rush Week at U of A.

Unfortunately, I had a very underwhelming experience here. It took 20 minutes to be seen by a server, and over an hour to receive our orders of simple sandwiches. There were only two of us in our party, and we had both order their daily special of a turkey or ham sandwich and soft drink. I do believe that their drink machine was not working correctly as drinks were flat. Sandwiches themselves were simply okay, nothing of note. The prices don’t feel like they match the quality of products they provide.

Do not order the double down salad. We paid $34 and picked up 2 double down salads with double meat. There was almost no meat on either one of them. With my egg, meat, cheese and everything I had 5 bites. There was a lot of lettuce. I called to complain and the manager told me this was standard for restaurants and the person who made them said he put double meat on them. I don't know if this is standard or not but there is no way to pretend this was remotely worth it. I will say when I eat out at other places and order a salad, I always order double meat and I do not have this issue. Years ago I used to go to Loafin Joes for salads and this was not the case. I ate my 5 bites without thinking to take a picture, so I don't have a picture.

This is a great place for a sandwich but I think the owners have basically given up on keeping the place relevant. So understaffed in the kitchen that our group had to finally get our food to go because it took over 40 minutes from the order to get food and we had to leave. Sad. The wait staff is awesome but they are totally stressed by the poor management. I have been coming here for many years and it has declined so much. The men’s bathroom toilet seat has been broken for years. A small thing but makes it clear that the owners have lost their interest. This place could be a huge success but it needs new owners and a makeover.

My sandwich was good but I found out my wife afterwards that she had a small slice of corned beef for her Rueben sandwich said it was like eating a bread sandwich. Sorry won’t be back

Food - I had a BLT and the bacon was the precooked microwave bacon - disappointed since this area is known for BBQ /meat. Also so much mayonnaise is overpowered the sandwich- disappointed overall especially for $23 gf extra bacon sandwich without sides. Server was friendly but struggled to get our order correctly and remember it (2 sandwiches & chips) My first time there and may have been an unusual experience- will give a 2nd try since we all have off days. Prices are a bit high for no sides with sandwiches.

It was getting late and needed a quick dinner so I choice Loafin Joes , I have ate there before years ago , wanted to try again. First I noticed price change, $20 for a sandwich, that’s without no pickle or side. They have cut back on the meat for sure and the bread was dry, they do make there on homemade potato chips so I got those as well $699. I probably will not go back, or have delivered. My husband uses them a lot for business party’s and he said good enough. They could also be having a bad day, if you’re looking for average I would recommend.

Terrible. Stood at the wait to be seated for 20 minutes. Why. I ride a bike carry a backpack. They must of thought I was homeless. Nope. But the food and Hugo's was great.

We had the pepperoni and pastrami sandwich and it was fantastic. We also had a grinder. Really well done. The chips are out of this world. Highly recommend this place great price and plenty of food.

Good fresh food made to order. Nice enclosed patio area with a view. Very busy and the kitchen is small so may have a wait, definitely worth it..

I tried the Ragin’ Cajun Club and loved the bold Cajun seasoning and spicy BBQ flavor. However, the sandwich was a bit cold in the middle, which was disappointing. We also had the homemade BBQ chips, but they only had a subtle hint of BBQ flavor. Despite these minor issues, I’ll definitely be back to try again
