Spent $25 on a small Triple Pepperoni and ended up receiving a cheese. I don't mind higher prices but $25 for a cheese pizza is ridiculous.

Talked to the owner as a dasher about the way the store was setup at night and how the hours were incorrect on their door as well as door being locked before their claimed closing time. One response was that even if the lobby is completely up, the lights are off and no staff present the door should be tried. The owner was rude and made me not want to come in as a customer. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Tonight 7/15, I pick up and order and am told by the employee that the hours on the door are actually lobby hours, as well as he personally locks the doors on the nights that he is alone so if he does not see somebody at the door, they MUST call the store.

Rude and incompetent. I went to pick up an online order. There was no drive through or designated parking. Upon calling in, the first person didn't understand English; the second person seemed to be talking to someone else and I had to reiterate multiple times I was there to pick up an order. Finally finding my order, they informed me I had to come in and pay for it (the online interface also seems to have issues). As I was trying to work out the payment options since I was unable to leave my car, they hung up on me.

Slow service and really awful food. I hoped this location would be better than the one in another state. Evidently it is a business standard for the service to be super slow and for the food to be not worth eating. The dog wouldnāt even eat it.

There's no other fast food pizza that offers fresh ingredients. They even offer gluten-free pizza dough. Under new management, this Marcos got out pizza quicker than expected. It was hot when we received it. The Magnifico Pizza had tons of pepperoni on it. The White Cheesy was a family favorite with tomato, 4 cheeses feta, bacon, and onions. The cheesy bread was delicious, too. It's worth the price and convenience of not having to cook. Be sure to ask about their specials.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff, which was disappointing. Additionally, I observed individuals outside the store who appeared to be inappropriately dressed, which detracted from the overall atmosphere.
Furthermore, after a wait of 30 minutes, my pizza was served burnt. When I requested a refund, I was informed that such a policy does not exist, which was frustrating. I believe it is important to address this issue, as I intend to pursue a resolution regarding my refund. I hope to avoid the necessity of discussing this matter with the same individual I interacted with during my visit, who I believe holds a managerial position. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Check your pizza before you leave. I made the mistake of not going this for cheesy bread and a pepperoni pizza and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza and maybe 1 pepperoni per slice. Very very lazy attempt at making a pizza.

I love Marcos pizza.. but these last few times were just sad. Very disappointed, maybe itās just the location where Iām ordering from. The management is always super friendly and respectful but Iām just a little annoyed at my order.
I ordered two pizzas, thick crust (I always order thick crust enough to know what the regular looks like), add spinach to both (didnāt get any), flavored crust (didnāt get that either)... one to have extra onions (I didnāt know they would be raw lol) . crust is regular (if anything it was thin) and hard.. š no flavor added to the crust... it takes a lot for me to bring anything back to make say something. But this time I did.. I asked them that one was supposed to have BBQ (given itās called chicken bbq pizza.. but they said it was under all of the pizza toppings)ā¦. and both to have thick crust.. I didnāt mention the spinach was missing either but they told me it was correct.. for the sake of not wanting to argue (knowing my order was wrong) I just said okay and left.

Well I used to be a customer but no more! Went to the store pick up an online order, first thing is there is a child in a diaper in the parking lot. Then thereās four people sitting right outside the door- like not even a foot away from the door, and another child in only a diaper running around. I walk up to the door and one of the guys sitting there asks for the name on the order. He walks inside to the back to get it. I follow- I shouldnāt have. I had to walk through cigarette smoke since they were smoking two feet outside the building, and had one door propped open to the inside. The cigarette smell lingered into the restaurant, and the restaurant itself was so dirty! Truly these people must have let these babies do whatever they wanted. There was food, napkins, and trash all over the floor. So much you have to step over it. I go up to pay and look behind the counter where the pizza is made and it was just as dirty with food everywhere and trash on the floor. I get my pizza, walk over everything on the floor, and I canāt get out of the door because this naked child wonāt move. These āparentsā wonāt move the child so I have to practically walk on top of the child to leave. If I could give zero stars for service and cleanliness I would.
