Worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. This north college location consistently gets orders wrong, burgers put together like an infant did the job honestly. Wrong order given to me the last 3 times I visited the place. I never leave bad reviews but this is an awfully ran fast food restaurant, and it's so bad Im compelled to tell others about our experiences here. Seriously it's really bad and I wouldnt recommend anyone eating here ever.

Did mobile order and waited 2 hours while I watched the lazy workers just stand around doing genuinely nothing and offered no help. Would ignore me when I asked for help.

I put in an online order and came through drive thru I was greeted by I'll be with you in a moment say for 20 minutes or more before anyone ever came back on the speaker there were like maybe 3 cars ahead of me I just got off work. This is just ridiculous I mean come on I understand waiting 5 or so minutes especially if you're busy but this was ridiculous!!!

Never and I mean NEVER go here after 11pm. The overnight crew has zero care or clue for what they are doing. They have handed out my to go order to other people FIVE times. They’re constantly closing early or doing maintenance and not one employee has been kind. Please go to another location

Absolutely, the nastiest McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. The floor was wet, all over, with I think condensation. ALL the tables were nasty and looked like they had not been cleaned since breakfast, and to top it off, there was a man throwing up in front of of McDonald in the grassy part as we drove into the parking lot. That should have been my sign. The man was going back and forth doing the same thing and I saw two workers that saw this man doing this and apparently, it was the norm.
I will never crave McDonald the same way again.

I got two McDonald's only cheese, mustard, ketchup, and mayo. They didnt put the condiments on there. They added onion in between the patties where its melted into the cheese and cant be raked out.
Gave me someone else’s order and got short changed by $6 on the value of the meal got vs ordered. Very frustrating, employees behind the window need to pay more attention to work rather than looking at there company’s maintenance crew as there walking out checking them out with there eyes.

I ordered one of their snack wraps and it had a plastic tip that came off of something in it , and all they did was refund me two dollars for the snack wrap and apologize.

The managers name who was Skylar was rude and disrespectful to me . I came through last night and got a big Mac with nothing but lettuce and one patty on it, but when I came back around and told her the situation, she just got all smart with me like I did something to it, all I wanted was a regular big Mac and practically got a salad in-between buns. Don't recommend coming here at all, would rather go to the one on mlk. She is not a good manager at all and needs to be fired if she acts that way to customers. Will get into contact with hiring management, she treats the employees terrible too, overhead her yelling at one of them about the patties? She needs to get checked about her attitude.
