Five stars I give these people I come out of town and we’re staying at a hotel next to them. Their lobby was closed but their drive-through was open and I was walking and they allowed me to walk through the drive-through got me through so I didn’t get run over and got me my food and was awesome and just great about everything. Definitely recommend these people awesome at McDonald’s.

This experience was frustrating to say the least when our food was brought one of the sandwiches was dropped on the floor then they refused to replace it and then lied about it Rachel was handing out our food and was having a major attitude and slamming food down on our tray when we pointed out our order was incorrect

Good Service, but being told the app deals don’t work after ordering and waiting in line is ridiculous.
I ordered a curbside delivery last night (07/25/2025) and waited 25 minutes before going inside and having to ask for my food. they said they didn’t have the order, and then 5 minutes later came out with my order. no resolution, no sorry for your wait, no explanation. just the employee walking back and returning with my order after another 5 minute wait. i totally understand it’s mcdonald’s so the expectation is not very high to begin with so to not even meet that is a little wild.

We made our order and everything thing was ok at that moment the problem was that wen we were about to pay we give a $100 pay bill and they tell me that they didn’t have change I don’t believe it I tell him we didn’t have any other form to pay I tell him go ask your manager and hi respond me my manger is the one who tell me that.
