After placing my order, 10 minutes later I hear someone asking an employee do you have enough for sausage egg Mac and bacon egg cheese biscuit. Don’t know why 7 cars went through the drive thru before they even started my order. It took 17 minutes to get my food

Order-taker just walked up and looked at me. Another employee sat and watched it while I searched for a clean table. Employees, including a supervisor, stood and talked for minutes at a time. People that were homeless sat doing nothing. I would bet that is a daily occurrence. Terrible atmosphere. I won't go back. Unfortunate.

Caleb is amazing! The past few times I’ve come to this location he’s been working at the drive through, he has fantastic customer service skills and is always so kind. He made sure that I had fresh fries and sandwiches today, which I thought was very generous! 10/10 employee

I went by the MLK location today with my friend and mentioned how she has been running into issues at the Farmington location (they keep incorrectly making her order: instead of spicy McChickens they keep giving us a regular McChicken with spicy sauce on it) and the worker we were speaking with, Caleb, made sure our order was made correctly and got to us quickly. He was incredibly nice and even offered us a couple of the new blueberry and crème pies that were delicious! I don’t ever write reviews for places but this location and specifically Caleb deserve the 5 stars!

We came in, at 10:30 thinking it was 24 hours, the hours on the door and Google both said 24 hours. We were eating our food, when a very rude employee jumped all over us, because they were closing. After traveling 9+ hours to be with a relative in hospice, we were exhausted and just wanted to eat supper. The manager did apologize for her behavior, and said the new hours had been in effect for 5 years.. they just hadn't changed them yet..
One of the most poorly maintained McDonald’s I’ve been in. It looks like a newer restaurant but it was very dirty- floors, tables and disgusting bathrooms. I saw there are several mentions about the floors in other google reviews. They are extremely slippery and an accident waiting to happen. My guess is they don’t clean them enough and maybe use the wrong type of floor cleaner. There is no external condiment station with straws or napkins. One small area with ketchup, but the small cups were not stocked. It was also difficult to order. One touch screen was not operational, and not all the options were listed for modifying my meal on the other. No one would come to the counter to take our order in person until we loudly asked. Workers just ignored us and played on their phones.

ordered a deluxe Mc crispy with a large fry, A large Diet Coke and two sides of ranch… I open my McDonald’s bag when I get home and noticed there’s only one ranch in my bag and a normal Mc crispy. left very disappointed.

i came through one night and ordered 3 tripple cheese burgers and one of them only had two patties. tonight i came by and ordered 3 triple cheese burgers, got home and found out they gave me 3 cheese burgers. service and quality is lacking. hope management deals with it

Me and my sister drove from Lincoln at 12 am because we woke up and wanted McDonald's. We drove from Lincoln to Fayetteville on back roads because of road work. We got our food, both 5$ meals, payed 11$ for both and they forgot our MC chicken. We got everything else but that. Worst one yet.
