Well this used to be a great place food would be great w some mess ups of coarse we are human. But the quality has went down at this location. Burgers so dry u have to eat them in the rain they serve what they wouldnt eat themselves at this location. Hard cold fries . It's always evening shifts its like the bread is falling apart and they still sent it out the window. I think management on the evening shift has to be clueless because how do you not notice this. . You will wait forever for cold fries and a bun tore with a old burger patty and its been the last 3 times we kept trying because it was convenient and my son loves the frappe . I just will have to take the longer drive for better food I just cant spend another dime on old bread and burgers that were probably from 10 am at 8 pm

My dasher arrived at 3:00 pm it took them 30+ min to get the dasher my food!! For a happy meal and 2 burgers and 3 drinks! 30+ MINUTES!! This is ridiculous I get that they get busy but 30 min that’s crazy and my food was cold also! Then also when I call up there they say he left about 7 min ago I only live that far from there so the managers lie like crazy

The two gentlemen who worked tonight was so nice and friendly, I normally don’t like doing reviews but they were just so openly friendly it was very nice and I wanted to let management and everyone know that:)
On Tuesday morning Fayetteville residences in the Crossover area lost power due to the storms the night before. The McDonald's on Crossover had so many customers car lines wrapped around the corner. The dining room area jammed packed. When I tell you the GM manager handle the rush and large crowd with a great smile and sense of humor. It was a great pleasure to see the team work none stop constantly during my visit to ensure that every customer was taken care of. I'm sure there were some grumpy people because of the situation. Overall I give them a 10 out of 5. That's how satisfied was when I left.

Worst McD's I've ever been to...waited 10 min for a Double Cheeseburger and 2 McChicken's and got in the vehicle and all 3 buns were hard and the meat in the double cheeseburger was dry.

Start off saying lori is the best and made things right. Unfortunately this morning I ordered 2 sausage biscuits add bacon (adding bacon was more then what the sandwich costs) I got pulled forward for fresh sausage (I'm fine with that) when he came to hand me my bag I asked if the bacon was on, he said yes! And looked me straight in my eyes. Pulled off and got down the road to find out it wasn't on my sandwich. Usually I just go through my day but I couldn't because of how much the bacon was. So I went back and Lori was so wonderful. She gets 5 stars.. but the kid only gets 3. Sorry lori
