On Tuesday morning Fayetteville residences in the Crossover area lost power due to the storms the night before. The McDonald's on Crossover had so many customers car lines wrapped around the corner. The dining room area jammed packed. When I tell you the GM manager handle the rush and large crowd with a great smile and sense of humor. It was a great pleasure to see the team work none stop constantly during my visit to ensure that every customer was taken care of. I'm sure there were some grumpy people because of the situation. Overall I give them a 10 out of 5. That's how satisfied was when I left.

Worst McD's I've ever been to...waited 10 min for a Double Cheeseburger and 2 McChicken's and got in the vehicle and all 3 buns were hard and the meat in the double cheeseburger was dry.

Start off saying lori is the best and made things right. Unfortunately this morning I ordered 2 sausage biscuits add bacon (adding bacon was more then what the sandwich costs) I got pulled forward for fresh sausage (I'm fine with that) when he came to hand me my bag I asked if the bacon was on, he said yes! And looked me straight in my eyes. Pulled off and got down the road to find out it wasn't on my sandwich. Usually I just go through my day but I couldn't because of how much the bacon was. So I went back and Lori was so wonderful. She gets 5 stars.. but the kid only gets 3. Sorry lori

very very bad experience with this McDonald people very very disrespect for customer when you ordered the same thing they gave you the wrong thing and after that when you were returning back the wrong order, they just throw it up and they’re not talking with someone and they gave you the order with very disrespect and they tried it back I have a bad experience with this McDonald very very bad workers

I went through the drive thru to order myself a McDouble with no pickles, add mac sauce and no salt on the fries; of course they got my order wrong which was no biggie I drove back through, my fries tasted a little off and wierd so I asked the cashier if the oil was recently changed because they tasted Off, within two seconds of me making it to the second window I am unsure what was said but nobody at the window would assist me or ask what I needed, couple minutes go by and I am greeted rudely by a manager saying here’s your new fresh fries from the nasty grease at the bottom! Said beg your pardon?? I am also a secret shopper review giver on fast food restaurant chains and let me tell y this will be a great review for them 👍 instead of being rude and snippy they should of asked my side snd said what can be done to fix this, I even mentioned I can’t have pickles due to allergic reaction amd they manager made fun of me adding max sauce, without mentioning I don’t eat this anyways I do it to review quality he made a bad call

I went through drive-thru ordered two McDoubles and a basket of fries hot and fresh. When I got up to the window I asked the worker if those fries were hot and fresh she hesitated and nodded. Couple moments went by she brings me the food and I checked the fries and it's as if they were dipped back into the oil for a minute or two and then gave it to me. They taste old and re dipped in the fryer and over cooked. This is unacceptable.

I go to McDonald’s frequently I go to a few different ones around the city. This one however offers something the others don’t. Mike, mike normally works the drive thru orders and he’s in a league of his own he’s always super nice and friendly he’d remember my car, my name, my voice and my order, he deserves a raise or something I’ve been going to this location for years and I’ve never had better service than Mike’s.
