I couldn't hear the order repeated to me or final price because the speaker was crackling and broken, then cashier didn't speak clearly so I asked her to repeat it and she leaned out at me and yelled the price super slowly. I drove away. Also, $4.11 for a medium coke and a small fry is ridiculous ?. No wonder I stopped going to this relic of Americana.

I can understand that some people didn't envision working for McDonald because they had higher goals in life, with that said. Just because you work there doesn't mean you need to precook the burgers and let them sit for an hour under the heating lamp for a long time and the burgers dry out because you think its faster to serve the customer. Thats lazy, you could stick a fresh one in the microwave stove to cook it at time of order but thats too much to ask, image if they had to use an actual grill to fry the meat. The fries are cold as well and greasy. Also when you order extra stuff on it, it's missing and thrown together like they are feeding animals at a trough. I say while you have a job. Do it well and go home pleased knowing that you did a good job. If you don't like working there, quit and get a higher education to work a job you like. And let someone who wants to work there who can be pleased working there a chance to do a good job and serve their customers with high quality service and a nice hot product they can be pleased with.

I ordered the 2/$6.00 filet o fish thru the drivethru. On the menu board it showed the 2/$6 promotion. It also included a picture of fries and a drink so I told the cashier to add the fries and a drink. I also ordered a 2nd drink. The total came to 18.07. I asked the team member about it and he showed a member of management. She explained that when you added the fries and a drink that the 2/$6 was voided. I wound up paying 9.59 for the 1 sandwich meal deal and 4.99 for the 2nd filet o fish. That came to 14.59. It should have cost $6 for the filets, $3.59 for the fries and $1.59 for the drink, for a total of $11.18. They charged me an extra $3.48, not honoring the 2/$6 promotion.

So you've completely removed the soda machine from the lobby, and have an empty ketchup dispenser with no souffle cups. I ask for ketchup after 4 minutes of waiting, managed to get that. When I was finished eating and went to get a refill I stand at the counter for 6 full minutes with only the kid taking the trash out in the lobby noticing me (same kid that got the ketchup). But he didn't offer a refill or get someone to do it. Oh well the prices here are so terrible now, why go back to wackdonalds?

The manager was rude as hell when I we asked for 3 ranches that we paid for after they had already screwed up our order horrible service jasmine should be fired for her attitude and her horrible customer service I ordered 2 McDonald's with extra pickles each burger at 2 pickles on it then my partner ordered a McDouble with no mustard or onions the burger was filled with onions will not be retuning to this location I don't think anyone should

I accidentally asked for fresh fries instead of just fries and whoever took my order said “did you just say fresh fries” in a bratty tone and surprise surprise my fries were probably the worst fries I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. So thanks

This is usually my favorite McDonald's. The food and service is always consistent and done correctly and fresh.However, today, just now! I asked for a fish sandwich only mayo. Ticket says it, sandwich label says it. But STILL got a normal fish sandwich with tarter sauce. Very disappointing.
