December 1st 2025 at 6:35 p.m. I walk into McDonald's order a 40 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries and I asked for everything to be dropped fresh and then if it wasn't fresh I would know when I would ask for a refund they brought the nuggets out within two and a half minutes they were fresh enough for me to not complain but the fries were old so I asked for more fries that were fresh instead of asking for a refund they took the fries they dumped them back in a basket and re-dipped them in Grease waited 30 seconds and then handed them back to me all soggy and now they're just hard as a rock now that I've made it home absolutely unacceptable

This McDonald’s is amazing in the morning late shift is horrible. Your order will be wrong and you will have to wait over 30 minutes in line. Also the dine in area is nasty I have pictures.

This McDonald’s is a joke. The service is TERRIBLE! The inside of the restaurant always looks dirty, especially the children’s play place. I’ve waited in the curbside pickup for over 20 minutes while 20 cars in the drive thru received their orders. Just terrible all around!

Came into the drive through at 6:45, only one drive through stall was working, we went around to the other one to order. We were told to pull up and wait for them to bring it out, at least six cars passed with their orders. we waited at MINIMUM fifteen minutes before going into the lobby to get the SINGLE QUARTER POUNDER. I'd understand if it were six different meals, but that wasn't the case. Once I went inside to retrieve the order it took another few minutes to get noticed and helped. I finally got the quarter pounder with no apology, no offers of reimbursement or coupons. Nothing.
I was going to pick up an order for someone, I haven't been to McDonald's in years and this affirmed why. Go to one of the other restaurants in the location. Save yourself thirty minutes.

I usually get breakfast here, the woman taking orders and c the guy with a beard are wonderful, never a problem. BUT, why is it always closed at night? I drive by every night about 930 and its always closed, all the lights are off, dark, no parking lot lights either.

I made my order at the drive thru box then at the drive through window I ordered 2 double cheese Burgers plain 2 Double cheeseburgers with ketchup mustard pickles extra ketchup and mustard a large order of fries i got 2 plain single burgers 2 plain Double cheeseburgers a fry and a tea the burgers was smashed flat the fries was cold after repeating my order 6 times you would think my order would be perfect 😠 😡

Waited at the counter for God only knows how long. The manager saw us and ignored us. Then a girl took our order. I just wanted to buy a Happy Meal toy. I bought one and the same rude manger tells me I can't just buy a toy. After I already ordered. I had to order a Happy Meal. Rude and incompetent.

Workers are high and will forget your order as soon as you say it to them. You’ll never get your entire order something’s always missing. employees need to work on personal hygiene. Overall just don’t go. Too many bad reviews on top of this one just go to the second closest.
Don’t do mobile order unless you want to be there all day. Rude workers mostly the adults not even the teenagers, most of them are sweet just seem to have lack of training.
They have a play place but it’s ALWAYS dirty i guess no one wants to clean it? Like old food on the table dirty. The lobby is a bit better but it still smells and the tables are sticky. I wouldn’t dare to go in the bathroom after seeing the play place though.
i’ll never forget one time maybe a year or two back there were two managers(? they had different shirts then the rest) arguing, like yelling back and forth at eachother one in the front and on like near were the fryers were so very clear to anyone in the lobby. Have no clue if they still work there one was a bigger dude with glasses and the girl had red hair. Who you even supposed to tell about that when they’re running the place?!? Didn’t go back for a bit after that but anyway.
There’s also some sort of drug activity here? See employees smoking carts and i have also seen people in their uniforms buying outside the front of the store😭
Never fail to get your order wrong then make it a big deal when you want it changed. Just constant attitude for horrible service even for a mcdonald’s. Mind you i don’t go there a lot this is just when i do like once every three months and an issue everytime. Figured id finally leave a review since a new ones coming. Thankfully building the new one closer to me, maybe i’ll start eating mcdonald’s more now that i don’t have to deal with a telenovela while ordering🤣
