Almost every time I come through this store, there's attitude and my food is always wrong. Ordered today through the mobile app this evening to find half my order messed up! Missing items, and no bacon on the one bacon cheeseburger that was ordered. How hard is it to double check quality and regain a good reputation? I'll never go back to this location.

Their Coke is back up to McDonald's high standards and music is back on in the dining room. Warning - they do charge more for a refill of Coke than almost any other that I have visited in the US and employees are not very attentive to customers.

Every time I’ve gone to this specific store, I get food poisoning from the food. It’s happened 5 times, and I’ve only eaten McDonald’s from this specific location. Someone from the health board needs to pay attention to this location, because I’ve always gotten sick right after eating from this location.

Christopher was AMAZING. He was already apologetic for my food taking a while. apparently, the kitchen can’t make a correct meal to save their lives 😫 my doible cheese came out completely plain, but christopher took care of it in a timely manner and was super nice!!

December 1st 2025 at 6:35 p.m. I walk into McDonald's order a 40 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries and I asked for everything to be dropped fresh and then if it wasn't fresh I would know when I would ask for a refund they brought the nuggets out within two and a half minutes they were fresh enough for me to not complain but the fries were old so I asked for more fries that were fresh instead of asking for a refund they took the fries they dumped them back in a basket and re-dipped them in Grease waited 30 seconds and then handed them back to me all soggy and now they're just hard as a rock now that I've made it home absolutely unacceptable

This McDonald’s is amazing in the morning late shift is horrible. Your order will be wrong and you will have to wait over 30 minutes in line. Also the dine in area is nasty I have pictures.

This McDonald’s is a joke. The service is TERRIBLE! The inside of the restaurant always looks dirty, especially the children’s play place. I’ve waited in the curbside pickup for over 20 minutes while 20 cars in the drive thru received their orders. Just terrible all around!
Came into the drive through at 6:45, only one drive through stall was working, we went around to the other one to order. We were told to pull up and wait for them to bring it out, at least six cars passed with their orders. we waited at MINIMUM fifteen minutes before going into the lobby to get the SINGLE QUARTER POUNDER. I'd understand if it were six different meals, but that wasn't the case. Once I went inside to retrieve the order it took another few minutes to get noticed and helped. I finally got the quarter pounder with no apology, no offers of reimbursement or coupons. Nothing.
I was going to pick up an order for someone, I haven't been to McDonald's in years and this affirmed why. Go to one of the other restaurants in the location. Save yourself thirty minutes.

I usually get breakfast here, the woman taking orders and c the guy with a beard are wonderful, never a problem. BUT, why is it always closed at night? I drive by every night about 930 and its always closed, all the lights are off, dark, no parking lot lights either.

I made my order at the drive thru box then at the drive through window I ordered 2 double cheese Burgers plain 2 Double cheeseburgers with ketchup mustard pickles extra ketchup and mustard a large order of fries i got 2 plain single burgers 2 plain Double cheeseburgers a fry and a tea the burgers was smashed flat the fries was cold after repeating my order 6 times you would think my order would be perfect 😠 😡
