Got the premium chirashi for $35. Our server mentioned toro but I didn’t get that. I did get the king salmon which surprisingly had the limp texture of farm-raised salmon. A third of the bowl was made up of an underseasoned seaweed salad. Rice was nicely seasoned, though. I order chirashi 90% of the time I encounter it on the menu. The hostess hollen was so so so nice, helpful, and adorable! The sushi was amazing and shoutout to the sushi chefs. We came in hungry and left ultra satisfied. We will be back again for sure!
