My favorite pizza place in NWA!
Very good fired pizza.
Absolutely terrible service. We asked for our pizza to be extra crispy. The pizza we were served was not crispy at all. We saw it sitting on the serving bar for at least 5 minutes before anyone even picked it up and then the waiter had a conversation with another waiter before even bringing it to our table. We ordered a mixed drink when we got there- drinks were great- but we were never asked again if we wanted another drink. Never got water refills either. Probably never coming back.
Fantastic food, excellent service. We will be back...promise.

I've only ever had takeout, but the Holy Shitake pizza is phenomenal!!
our waitress was terrific. but the kitchen is lazy asf. turned off the oven a full 30 mins to close and denied making burgers, garlic sauce, or red sauce. actually wild💀
Top notch pizza. The wait was a bit long, but definitely ok because the pizza was delicious. Always add the hot honey. It brings the Super Pepp to a different level. The reheating directions on the box were super helpful to my friend. Overall definitely within the top 3 pizza places around.

LOVED Mellow Mushroom in Fayetteville! Everything about it was awesome! We have been to others in other states, and across the board, the atmosphere, service, and food are impeccable.
It really is hit or miss on pizza quality and service.
