This place has no respect after running after my sever to make sure she was ok when she was crying due to how the employees treated her and said ayy pinchy gringa was uncalled for I caught up with her at her car and told her it's ok alot of people heard how you was treated and saw everything she told me all she wanted was to work she is trying to save for a surgery she needs and it was heartbreaking I told her come back in the morning and talk to the boss and explain everything and as him to give you a second chance since honestly this was the restaurant fault how they treated her I gave her my number and told her to message me and let me know how this company handles this and gives her a second chance for I am a lawyer myself and she messaged me yesterday Christmas Eve and said the manager basically did nothin for her and said he would try and see if he an use her and never called her and told her to come in this is ridiculous this company needs to make this right for this is discrimination and emotional abuse I hope he calls her and makes this right and she can work to get the money she needs her name is Jessica and she is the sweetest person you would meet she was doing such a great job with us and helping us until this happen

I was in here a few nights ago with my wife our server was amazing but things turned crazy there was a new server there I think her name was Jessie or Jessica or Jackie not sure honestly we heard her introducing herself to her tables she was trying her best and working really hard as we saw very apologetic to everyone she got a little overwhelmed when a big table came in and she got there drinks took there order and was asking someone for help they straight up ignored her and walked away she had tears in her eyes at this time then she went into the back or bathroom not sure but once she came back she was crying bad the way the employee treated her was uncalled for she should of had more help and respect this company needs to personally contact her and make this right we asked 2 times to speak to a manager about this situation but no manager came but to us this was heartbreaking to watch there was a few of us that saw the incident so I'm sure there will be more complaints until something is done for this poor girl I will be calling the store again today to make an complete statement again in case this message does not reach the owners

I'm only giving 5 stars for my server Jessica we came to eat here me and my wife and daughter Jessica was our server she was great doing a great job she was new a huge table of like 8 came in and Jessica needed help and the employees she asked was so rude to her and was ignoring her and it was really shameful it upset her so bad she ran out bawling her eyes out the employees treated her so unfair I honestly think the company needs to make this right for her if this is how there going to treat there employees we will not be back and neither will our family Jessica was so excited about this job as well and was telling us how bad she needed a job just for some employees to treat her so wrong please Mexico Viejo make this right it's very shameful

Me and my family of 17 came in for our Christmas party our server was Jessica she was new her first day and she was amazing she was so friendly professional and had us all laughing and enjoying ourselves she is for sure the best server we ever had for our family parties we will for sure be back so much more just to request for Jessica as well the good was amazing and was very clean and neat

The waiter was great, kept our drinks full, the food was amazing! I had the fajita burrito! So good! Three atmosphere is great, or feels very family owned. Not sure if it is but it feels that way. Great place!

Our server was wonderful — attentive and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better.
We went around noon on a Sunday, and by the time we left, the place was packed, so it’s clearly a popular spot!
The menu has plenty of options, including some new dishes like the chimichurri ribeye steak 🤤, burrito bowls, and skinny tacos. If you’re tracking your macros, you’ll find a few solid choices here.
I tend to rate restaurants based on how they make me feel, and this one had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Don’t overlook it, the food was delicious! Depending on what you order, prices range roughly from $9.99 to $25.

Our chips were shiny from grease, asked for a new round with the same result. My son’s kids meal burger had cheese sauce instead of sliced cheese, the bun was greasy, and the burger was rare. The fries were fine , except for the ones that were soggy from being undercooked. My steak Steven’s special had a hair in it and was too cheesy to eat. It also came with zero veggies. The beans seemed like they were from a can. Also, we had to salt our own chips. All for $50. Will never return.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever heard of. I went with my boyfriend and we got 6 tacos, queso, and one fountain drink. the total was around $40 and we left a 15% tip. We later were charged $87 for who knows what. after going back to get refunded, they refused. they claimed they did not know what happened even when we had proof. will NOT be going back there.
