Absolutely love the donuts, but was disappointed when I found out they did not sell them during the week. They apparently sell them only on the weekend and I’m trying to find out if Friday is part of the weekend.
They have some of the best service at the mall, and their Boba and Korean corn dogs, don't even get me started! Me and my friend, evrytime we go here, always get them both. When you order the Korean corn dogs, they let you put as much spicy mayo (highly recommended by me and my freinds) on them as you want.
The Korean corn dogs were very nasty and were very small, the bobas barley had any black pearls and was very sweet
This place is a real gem! The tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy and not at all sticky, which is a huge plus. I tried their signature brown sugar milk tea, and it was absolutely delicious – sweet, creamy, and the brown sugar flavor was so rich. They also have a great selection of other flavors, including a refreshing mango green tea that I also loved. The boy was friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is clean and inviting. I'll definitely be back!
Let me start off by saying this place isn't so friendly. I had gotten a drink from mochi and they handed me the wrong drink. They refused to refund me as well as give me the drink I ordered. Not only this but I had Doordashed 2 drinks. I got only 1 drink out of the two and it was also the wrong drink. The dasher made sure one of the employees knew I had two orders of 1 drink and they lied and said we only had 1 drink. Mochi declined to give me 2 drinks to replace that order. Let's not even get into the prices either.
Cashier gave my korean hot dog to a different customer because he didn't give me one of those beepers when your food is ready. Had to wait over 30 minutes after everyone else to finally get my korean hot dog.
WAY TOO OVERPRICED. Asked for a potato Korean corn dog and asked if they could add hot Cheeto dust to it … like most places do and she told me no they can’t do that but then I asked again and she said you can but it’s a $1 charge she was lowkey rude. Got my corn dog and there was barely any hot Cheeto dust on it. And paid almost $10 for it. Spoon Fusion on Dickson is a million times better and cost less than half the price around $4! Don’t waste your time or your money
I ordered the Korean corn dog. The staff was rude to me when I ask about the device they gave me because I asked about the purpose of it. The corn Dog itself is a 10/10
I had ordered milk Boba tea and the girl said we could make that for you. AFTER paying for my drink, the girl told me that they ran out boba. I nicely asked if I could get a refund because all I wanted was Boba tea and nothing else I didn’t want the jelly or anything like that. The girl didn’t give me a refund saying all sales are finalized and I’m like this would’ve been nice to know before I ordered since it was your mistake that you didn’t tell me that you didn’t have any boba before you rang me up. I ended up paying for a drink I didn’t even want and it wasn’t very good! Horrible experience!! Go somewhere else
The lady at the cashier working on Sunday December 1 at 3:15pm was very rude. She had black hair with purple and pink highlights and heavy eye makeup. Very bad customer service. I asked a simple question and she had a very bad attitude.

Be careful cause the girl added tip for herself without my approval. Always ask for receipt.

Traveling through from Missouri and was so excited to try this place. Although this place had conflicting reviews, I would like to say that my experience was great. The cashier was very pleasant but maybe just needed to smile more. I am unsure of all the bad reviews about the teas not tasting right because it tasted authentic and fresh to me. The Oreo Tiger milk tea was pleasantly tasty and not too overly sweet or bitter, just like how a classic tiger milk would taste like. The mochi donuts were soft and chewy on the inside but with the perfect crisp on the outside. I will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu.

Tried it out, I got the Taro milk tea because I've tried taro mochi before and I knew I liked that. The taste does take you for a loop the first time you actually try it, but it is a pleasant experience. The service was great, was given all the options. A small was $7.71 which seems like a lot, but the small didn't even feel like a small so it was worth it.
My first drink there was a Taro milk tea with strawberry popping boba, and it was fantastic. I hope to try this place again.
