I got a drink from there and I freaking got a COCKROACH IN MY DRINK Ive never been so grossed out the staff was nice but the roach was not I’ll never have boba again
I never write reviews but my recent experience was so concerning that i might as well. I ordered the oreo tiger milk tea, which I have had many times. It tasted like it had cleaner in it. The containers holding the ingredients were likely cleaned improperly and left cleaner residue. The bald lookin guy who made the drink was not helpful either. My drink shouldnt taste like bleach. Bro had no idea what he was doing. I used to love this place but im not ordering again after this.
Just upset the cook asked me for half and half on cheese and corndog and I ordered two and they were both 1/4 meat mostly cheese. Why so stingy?
the goofy girl at the cash register was so damn slow & she took so damn long to bring out one damn hotdog & one damn drink
The young man today that helped me was very kind! Fast with my corndog and drinks.
If you're looking for a mochi donut and come out of your way to get one, they only do them on Sundays apparently. Still let's you order online though.
Awful service. Paid and they clearly forgot about us while we waited for twenty minutes and watched people checking out after us leaving with their drinks. That stuff happens sometimes. But after we reminded them there was zero response. No ‘sorry about that’. Nothing. Zero sense of urgency.
I've been coming to this place since they opened a few years ago, as I've always loved mochi donuts. I've never been impressed with their donuts, as they're a little tough and some of the flavors are honestly quite bad. But the white icing and matcha icing in particular are pretty good, and a tough or stale mochi donut is still better than no mochi donut, imo. I went more recently and was told that they only sell the mochi donuts on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday ONLY) which is insane, because their name is literally Mochi XO. It's not Boba XO or KDog XO. Their main thing for years has been the mochi donuts and now they've decided to scale back on them (to 2/7 days a week). I think they'd be better off changing their name, as it's pretty misleading now. I've never tried their drinks, as they're way too overpriced, but every other item I've tried there is always sub-par. As a last note, I've never reviewed a place less than 4 or 5 stars because I understand it can truly hurt a business. But this place provides terrible service and products, and I'd recommend every other restaurant in the food court over them.
The cheese with cheesy
Service and food/drink was excellent!
Restaurantji Recommends
Workers are kind but doesn’t seem to have enough staff on shifts since food takes long to get
I got a potato all beef corn dog but it was raw from the inside, the batter on the beef was squishy and sticky, their drinks temperature is a disappointment. They never seem to actually to cold and her ice cream dough is really grainy like wet sand
Refreshing experience 🤗
corndogs and boba drinks is so good! I come here every other day, on the wk days the boy is always so helpful recommending me new drinks, and it never disappoints! highly recommend! Friendly and fast service!
Ordered the Signature Tiger Milk Tea and it was amazing!!! My kids loved the mochi donuts. A definite go-to when we visit our family in AR.
Also love their logo! So cute
I ordered the classic brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was absolutely delicious. The tea was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with a rich, creamy flavor. The boba pearls were fresh, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
The donuts were also fresh and they’ve got a great menu selection! Can’t wait to come back to try more items! Friendly staff! 😊😊
