I absolutely love Nellie bs. Bakery. Everything I have had from Nellie’s is superb. My favorites include the tuxedoes cookies, brownies, mocha cake, eclairs, chicken salad, carrot cake and pumpkin roll. ( all gluten free) Pricilla and Danielle are a mom and daughter team who never forget a face, and are always welcoming. Elkins is lucky to have them!

Thank you for making the best red velvet cake for my son’s 18th bday. It was beautiful and delicious!!

First time at Nellie Bs bakery and unfortunately I did not have a good foodie experience only left very disappointed. I was extremely excited to see the chocolate eclairs in their case! Chocolate eclairs remind me of going to my grandmother's house as a child so I was super excited to find my new comfort food in the NWA area. The eclair was frozen, hard as a rock. One would say inedible. I left it on the counter counting down the seconds I could finally eat it. Took 3 hours to defrost. When it finally did it was soggy and it indeed did not hit the spot. I wish my grandmother was still alive to tell her about this horrible experience.

The gluten free cakes are light and moist. We were told some of the cakes are always made gluten free and most of them can be made gluten free upon request. We ordered th Italian cream cake and it was delicious!
This is also a great breakfast/lunch spot. It's definitely the best place for espresso drinks in Elkins. I am also a fan of the crustless quiches. They're a great size for a quick lunch.

SO DELICIOUS!! We got the bacon cheese egg croissant and it was so perfect. Also the strawberry cream cheese danish and raspberry bear claw. Sooooo yummy
