We went to.olive garden tonight for my birthday dinner. They we're really accommodating about my wife's gluten allergy, and the server Shelby in particular was really kind and helpful. We really appreciated her service, and she had such an incredible attitude and customer service skills! We love her actually ans want to be her best friend.

Jacob our waited was very accommodating, had a great social perceptiveness and we loved his personality. I would have prefered the asparagus in the shrimp scampi to be tender because it was kinda like chewing sticks lol at least they were small. Otherwise the food was bussin 10/10 respectfully

I’m usually not one to leave a review, but after two bad experiences in just one month, I felt it was necessary. We’ve been loyal Olive Garden customers for over 15 years, but this particular location has really gone downhill—and it's clear that poor management is a big part of the problem.

We were seated quickly and got water without issue, but everything after that went downhill. The waiter was absolutely unprofessional—rude, sarcastic, and clearly annoyed that we only ordered water. When we asked about the zuppa, he told us it was “being made fresh,” then followed it with, “I’m not sure why it takes so long to pour soup out of a bag?” We waited 40 minutes just for that soup. It was good, but no one offered another serving, which used to be standard.

I ordered the new $24 spicy summer meal and was told, “It’s a new recipe—we’re still trying to figure out how to make it.” On a Saturday night at 6 p.m., that’s unacceptable. You expect the kitchen to be prepared and the food to be fresh. Instead, the shrimp was cold, the plate was sloppy, and the spinach wasn’t even cooked—just tossed on raw.

My husband and kids ordered basic Alfredo, and even that was bland and clearly not fresh.

Between the long wait times, cold food, unprofessional service, and lack of care, it’s clear this location is being poorly managed. We’ve had many great meals at Olive Garden over the years, but this location has completely lost our trust. We will not be returning.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed as I was in the one in Fayetteville. I went there to get create my own pasta and they didn’t even put cheese on top. They just threw sauce in there with noodles. Nothing was mixed. I didn’t get any Parmesan cheese to go to put on it and when I got home and opened it and there was no shredded Parmesan cheese or that you know when they ask you if you want cheese on your meal nothing Also I asked for extra croutons for my salad which I also did not get. I would suggest if you’re gonna go to Olive Garden you go to the one in Rogers, Arkansas not Fayetteville. It may have been a bad night for them, but they weren’t that busy and it seemed like pandemonium inside.

Jack F was so funny he was giving want to be gen z side but being Foreal he was an amazing server very attentive and had me and my friend laughing so much that my friend cried

My server Jack F. was hilarious. Had me and my friend dying laughing the whole time. Very personable and attentive. Overall this was my most enjoyable experience at Olive Garden so far!

Quick and easy, priced right

Me and my family ate on 7/3/25 around 3pm and I want to say the trace was are server and by far the several times we ate there he is by far the best server I have ever had. But I want to also say we have had great services by everyone else but by far trace has been the best we have ever had. He checked on us several times kept are bread and drinks filled without asking. And also checked that are food was up to par. But I will say we will be back to here again and again. Cause I have had the best service here every time.

Like really stepping into Italy. The music itself is authentic and intriguing.

We had a rough start when we got there. The door greeters didn't smile or welcome us in. They didn't ask if we would like a table or booth or offer a kid's menu for my son. They took us to a table and I asked if there was a booth available and she had to go look. She came back and sat us at a booth. It was an awkward experience.
Then Shelby came in with her cape on and saved our dining experience. She was absolutely amazing and I would love to be in her section again. She's a diamond and I hope they know it.
