Onyx Coffee Lab - Fayetteville

I was in line waiting on my coffee to be prepared at Onyx in Fayetteville when I saw the barista behind the counter preparing a drink for a customer into their own personal travel mug he had brought in.
No OSHA guidelines and regulations being followed there.

This was my first time visiting and it was absolutely delightful. I got their Onyx delight which was delicious.

Such a bummer. I’ve been to onyx a few times and usually it’s pretty good. However today we had a poor experience. We ordered 2 drinks one to go and one in store. They served them both in store mug, I mentioned something hoping it would be remade as I took our food to the table. They instead poured the wrong one into a to go and when I said that was wrong they poured it back into the mug losing about 1/4 of the drink and of course the pretty latte art ruined. I gave up and took both drinks to the table, one of which was cold at this point.

Honestly ridiculous. They did not care. The store was not busy, and there were 3 employees. I will likely not be coming back for such poor service.

The best coffee in Arkansas, period. Their shop on Gregg is always such a vibe, and their pastries are delicious! I had to grab a few coffee mugs. Had to ?. I always go for the black salt mocha, half sweet, and a blueberry muffin top. Can’t go wrong.

Coffee may be good but the matcha needs serious help. It’s a yellow color—- not even green. Super disappointing for a matcha lover. Do not get the matcha. It tastes like ice cream. All milk and sugar with no matcha. :(

This place is so nice, clean, friendly, AND the quiche is outstanding! I love how they serve a small glass of sparkling water with their cappuccino! It was such a nice touch!

Great coffee shop! Got the peach and almond croissant and the salty mocha and both were amazing. The staff were also friendly and helpful

Quite busy…but the Onyx flowed! They worked together as well as any I’ve seen and without the puffy coffee house stuffiness. They appeared to enjoy the work, getting customer traffic in and out briskly!

We were in Fayetteville seeing family. Coming from Colorado, it is very difficult to find a good coffee shop on the road. We found Onyx to be like home. Somewhere we would go every day if we were living in Fayetteville. Enjoy your time there, we did, relaxed, friendly environment to go with amazing coffee!!!

Been a fan of their beans at other coffee spots around the county but first time trying them in Arkansas and it did not disappoint. Quality espresso, pour over and cold brew options. Great staff and comfortable spot to enjoy food and beverages.

We didn't order any food today, just coffee. I ordered the Honey Lavender Latte and my husband got an Iced Chai Latte. They were both delicious
