First time at this coffee shop! The location and parking lot are a bit cramped, and it gets busy, so arrive early. I did enjoy the coffee. It is definitely a spot for people who appreciate coffee itself more than sugary drinks. I also really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant!

I just came for a simple black coffee. What did I get? Nothing. More importantly, I stood there for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. They didn’t even give me the chance to order.
The service was way better when it was Arsagas. Off to 7 Brew!!!

I ordered a house blend hot, Mr Man gotta a latte.
My hot coffee wasn't even Luke warm. It was nasty. Same on Mr Mans coffee.
My tap water a home comes out hotter than their coffee. Just skip this place. The staff was rude considering we had never been there. They act like we were an inconvenience to them for asking for hot coffee.
Will not ever go again.

Not sure what happened, but this was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had from a coffee shop. I’ve ordered the same drink previously at the Bentonville location an it was great.

I stopped by Onyx while in town for the game this weekend before going home after hearing so many people talk about how great it is. The shop looked nice and the drink was really good, but the experience didn’t quite match what I was expecting. It was Family Weekend, so the place was busy, and the lady who helped me seemed focused and a little rushed. When I tried to pay with a $20, she mentioned they were cashless and didn’t have enough change, which made the moment a bit awkward.
I’ve heard so many people say they’ve had amazing visits here, so maybe I just came at a hectic time. I left a little disappointed, but I’d be open to giving it another try on a quieter day.”

I’ve been to most of their locations in NWA and drinks are always on point. One of the best quality beans in the area. My only complaint is that the music is way too loud inside almost every single time.
