First time at this coffee shop! The location and parking lot are a bit cramped, and it gets busy, so arrive early. I did enjoy the coffee. It is definitely a spot for people who appreciate coffee itself more than sugary drinks. I also really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant!
I stopped by Onyx while in town for the game this weekend before going home after hearing so many people talk about how great it is. The shop looked nice and the drink was really good, but the experience didn’t quite match what I was expecting. It was Family Weekend, so the place was busy, and the lady who helped me seemed focused and a little rushed. When I tried to pay with a $20, she mentioned they were cashless and didn’t have enough change, which made the moment a bit...
I’ve been to most of their locations in NWA and drinks are always on point. One of the best quality beans in the area. My only complaint is that the music is way too loud inside almost every single time.
